The threading is missing on one half of the main shaft of the slide hammer itself (see pic)! Useless. Had to send back for refund.

used this to pull out the inner cup of a vw axle shaft stuck in the transmission. lighter slide hammers justdid not work, I used this with a clamping unit on the cup and it cam out after several hard slides. it works. The BEST feature is the accessories that came with it allowing many different pull options.Good quality items

My son hit a tree with his Subaru. Had to replace the bumper support, and had to pull out the radiator support that was smashed in and otherwise out of place. Nothing other than a slide hammer or a frame machine could do the job. It took a few hours, but this slide hammer kit did the job really well. Saved a bunch of money not having to take the car to a body shop.
