I had a small chip on a lower tooth and it left a sharp edge. I ran through all of the purple strips trying to dull the edge and absolutely nothing changed. Maybe these are good for removing plaque, but they don't have any effect on teeth. Complete waste of time and money.

I was a Dental assistant for many years and knew how to use these abrasive strips. This product is the same grade as they were. There are 4 different grits ranging from a heavier grit to a very smooth grit. I had a stain on a filling close to the gum line and I was able to reduce the size of it with the strips. They are a little tricky to use if the contacts on your teeth are very close together.

Like how I can slide it in between my teeth and scrub tartar off. An improvement to this would be to have roughness or both sides rather than just one side so you don’t have to flip it over and run it through again to get the other tooth.
