So I can’t remember how or where I first saw this car seat advertised, but I am SO GLAD I did because I am hands down *obsessed* with this car seat. With my first two babies I used the Graco Snug Ride and the Chicco Key fit infant seats, and while I liked them, after the babies got to be a little bigger, carrying the seats around turned into way more exercise than I had anticipated. When I found out I was pregnant with our third child, I was instantly overwhelmed by the thought of lugging a chunky infant seat around while trying to keep a hand on my two older toddlers at the same time…and the fact that I can pop the inner insert of this seat out, sling it over my shoulder, and hold both of my other kid’s hands in parking lots/crowded public places is reason enough for me to give this car seat 5 stars.Some of my other favorite features include ;- the shoulder strap has a heavy duty built in piece that holds the strap in an arc up away from the baby…so when when set the seat down you don’t have to worry about the strap falling and hitting the baby’s face- you also have the option of carrying the seat by the two side handles. I have found this useful in navigating tight spaces between cars (like when someone inevitably parks wayyyy too close to your door and you can barely get your baby in the car)- it’s small and light. I knew from the description the inner insert only weighed about five pounds, but the first time I lifted it with my baby in it, I was almost startled by just how light it really was. My baby is 2 months old now and around 15 pounds and I still don’t feel like I’m being drug down by his weight plus the seat! Another random but nice thing about the small size of the seat is that it fits down in buggies and in restaurant booths really well (because postpartum food cravings have been REAL). With my older kids we usually had to set their seats ON the table top at restaurants, but this one fits snugly on the bench next to us, making feeding so much easier.- the base was super easy to install! It latches in and ratchets down in under 10 seconds, making car transfers go incredibly smoothlyI have told basically everyone I have spoken to about this seat that it is hands down the best baby purchase I’ve ever made across all three of my children…And I’m sure my friends and family are tired of hearing me talk about how much I love it but I just can’t stop 😂 I have had more people come up to me while we’re out and about in public and ask about his seat than anything else I’ve ever owned and I love telling them about it, whether they are pregnant or not 😂 I was I initially a little hesitant about the price (I bought it from Maxi Cozi for $399) but it has been 10000% worth it to me and I would happily pay it again.

Love this adapter for the inner portion of the car seat. My only complaint is that I wish it would lay flatter when closing the stroller it sticks out a good amount. Besides that, I’m very impressed!
