The fan function is mediocre in effectiveness- we live in Houston TX and this function was the biggest selling point for us- and it was disappointing.Color is greatSafety: a biggest concern of mine. My baby was only 15 months when we got this & needed it to be rear-facing. When connected with the seatbelt, only one side of the base is fastened and there is no counter pull to prevent it from tipping! Especially if there is a forward momentum & it can be scary dangerous but it would tip towards the back when breaking.Like the comfortable seat and sturdy build but NOT the most cheapest car seat out there but man… i feel like I waste my money.Maybe it’s be better if we can have it forward facing & use the anchor belt.

We really liked how this car seat worked. The problems we faced were that it put baby in too much of an upright position while rear facing, the chest clip could sometimes be more difficult to unhook and the price point. $400 isn’t cheap. It’s also pretty bulky but not much different than a Graco 4ever in my opinion.It had really nice cushion and the fan seemed to work good for hot days. Our son really seemed to like it. But again it came down to the incline rear facing and price. Both of which just wasn’t it for us.

I live in a Southern state where we have very hot and humid summers. This car seat is a must and would never recommend anything without the fans. My baby loves this car seat and doesn't suffer from a hot sweaty back or head any longer. She is a different child altogether and rides are much more pleasant. The fans create a soft humming noise that puts her to sleep in longer rides.

I bought for my 3 month old daughter because she hates the bucket seat she’s in and this one said it was compatible for newborns and I love the fan system because my daughter always seems to overheat. But there are only 3 reclining levels and even at the 3rd setting, it was not reclined enough at all to match the line on the side. And there was no real directions on how to set up the actual seating part for my newborn. So I returned. Just wasn’t worth the risk. Especially with it not reclining enough. Super bummed. Has a lot of potential

We went from using a revolving car seat to this one because our toddler gets so sweaty in the summer time. We haven’t used it long enough yet to see how well the cooling feature works. It does seem padded well and comfy but very bulky. The cup holders are too small and barely fit any size toddler water bottle. I really wish it rotated to make it easier to get our child out.
