Purchased in November, became loose, then broken by February. Threads stripped out from where face plate of faucet and faucet neck meet. Installed correctly, just a cheap product. Disappointed.

So far so good, just installed it so I can’t say much about durability yet. But it was simple to install, looks great and seems to be decent quality. So far great bang for the buck !

I was happy to get it and install it but it seems kind of cheap the head doesn't stay in very well it's not magnetic

Once installed, this is beautiful and functions very nicely, so far. I love the power spray option! It's highly efficient at getting food off of dishes. The handle and fixture move smoothly and give consistent water temperature. The pull down head is handy and works well with only a small gap between the head and the fixture upon moving the pull down back up into place.HOWEVER, I hired a certified maintenance tech to install this. He has extensive experience with faucet installation. This one gave him trouble. The package insert gave specs on the size, handle, use, but said nothing about the trouble that came with connecting the water supply lines. The faucet supply lines had two different sized ends. This was very confusing during install, as they should've been the same size. It took several trips to the hardware store to finally land on the correct sized adapter. The cold side used 1/4" and the hot side used 3/8". They should be the same size, as they are in most faucets. I hope this helps other people out, as they try to install this beautiful pain.
