Stone Ground Matcha
crafted meticulously with granite mills to prevent heat buildup. This maintains low temperatures, preserving delicate flavors and nutrients. The result: a finer, silky-textured powder, setting it apart and highlighting its premium quality.
To produce our matcha, a powdered green tea integral to Japanese ceremonies, the following processes are typically involved
Organic Cultivation
Tea plants are cultivated organically, without synthetic pesticides or fertilizers. Organic farming practices prioritize soil health and biodiversity, ensuring a pure foundation for matcha production.
Shading and Harvesting
The tea plants are shaded naturally, typically for 20-30 days, enhancing chlorophyll production. The leaves are then handpicked during harvest, adhering to organic principles.
Steaming and Drying
Harvested leaves undergo steaming to halt fermentation, preserving color and flavor. The leaves are organically dried, minimizing the use of external heat sources and ensuring adherence to organic standards.
Stone Grinding
The dried leaves, now known as tencha, are stone-ground into matcha powder using traditional granite mills. This organic stone grinding process maintains the tea's purity and quality, producing a flavorful and vibrant organic matcha.

This spoon is exactly what I was needing to measure out one gram of powdered mushroom supplement to add to my daily cup of coffee. The spoon has some heft to it and is of perfect length. Well worth the money.

This is a great item if you're a matcha drinker. I like the length of the handle, and it is very sturdy. The scoop comes out perfect and so clean (if that makes sense. like you wont have to adjust how much you scooped out with your finger). As for the accuracy of the measure, I have a food scale and weighed the amount scooped and it was accurate 1 gram (when it comes to matcha a little can go a long way so you really don't want to be taking more than needed).

This little match spoon is beautiful black stainless steel and is accurate 1 gram (1/2 teaspoon). No more guessing how much now that I have this spoon. It is easy to clean. It is perfect for us!

I really like this spoon for measuring matcha tea. It made a perfect cup of matcha with my new peppermint matcha tea. It's nice and shiny but shows fingerprints very well. The brand mark on the front of the spoon came already looking a bit scraped off. Maybe this is just how their label looks or it will disappear over time. While not strictly necessary I hope that doesn't mean the measurement will also disappear from the back of the spoon. From the stock photos it looks like it's just how their label is. Overall I really like this little spoon and will be using it every time I make matcha.

I've been drinking matcha for a long time but I've never had a scoop so I'd get random amounts in my cup. Thanks to this handy scoop, that's a thing of the past.This metal scoop makes it easy to get just the right amount of match powder every time. It cleans easily and levels cleanly when scooping.The scoop is lightweight but sturdy. I actually tried to bend it to test durability and it didn't bend. The handle is long enough to scoop easily from a container or even a bag.If you enjoy matcha and don't have a measuring scoop or need a spare, I'm sure you'll be as happy as I am with this one.
