My son purchased this product previously and recommended it as a safe method for meibomian gland expression at home. After it arrived he noticed it didn't seem the same as what he had... so we compared them... the one I received is truly a different product from the one he got when he bought it a few years ago. With the new one I received, the metal smells and feels different, and the machining is lower quality. Not acceptable for such a simple instrument that costs 53 dollars. My son was very disappointed and I am too. Luckily we were able to return it. Recommend purchasing a different product unless/until they correct the issue.

Only on my first week using this and it’s clearing up my eye issues. U name it I have it. I barely could see anymore and the EXPENSIVE expression tool I previously bought made my condition worse. This already has paid its self off. No joke my eye sight is already better and my eyes are WAY WHITER. with all the nightmares my poor eyes have been through my main advice would be to use this before you go to bed. Obviously use a mask like the Bruder one for ten min before to loosen the oils. I say before bed only if your eyes were as bad as mine. Messing around with your eyelids make my eyeball exhausted. I know it’s because of my severity but it’s just my advice. I’m not a doctor but I feel as close to one as I feel I’m a resident at the office. I have an autoimmune issue that attacks everything. I have a ten min routine every morning just to make sure my eyes will be treated enough for the day. I haven’t written a review forever because my eyes hurt to bad to stare at a screen. The size of the paddles couldn’t be any more perfect. My eyelids have cleared out enough for me to use the bigger size of the paddle. I’m in heaven. While I’m at it if your eyes are as bad as mine and eye wipes don’t help but u still have to use them...but the MedViz eye wipes WITH TEA TREE OIL. They are pretty pricey but worth every penny. Buy more than one box and you’ll thank me later. I have spent thousands on my eyes and now with those two items I feel so blessed. Thanks for reading. Hope your eyes feel better soon!

stainless, strong, and each side has two different sizes for lower and upper lids. can't complain for the price
