It's worrying if I lose that one and only key, will have to cut both locks. That's a unlogical product design that needs to be fixed.

The lock itself is sturdy enough for me. However, I was surprised to find out the two packages I bought on separate days can use each other’s keys! Clearly, they don’t create enough key combinations. At this point in time, I wonder if Master meant that all locks are keyed-alike.

These are some hefty locks and the shaft was too large to fit on my Tuff Shed lock, but did fit in the latch on my yard gate.

These Master locks work just as they should. No complaints here. They just aren't the small ones that I anticipated. I think they're medium sized. I've seen smaller Master locks. I've seen larger Master locks. I just thought these were the small ones; they are not. But they serve their purpose! :)

Classic Master Lock, the 5T is heavyweight and comes in a “Two Pack” which is what is needed on the old style Knaack job boxes. Smooth operation with a strong spring to push the body clear for opening. Both locks are keyed the same. Great value for the money, would buy again.

I installed these two locks on two separate Jobox tool storage cabinets. They fit perfectly and have performed flawlessly. Easy to lock within the confines of the Jobox lid, and operates smoothly with the mechanism. This is a very sturdy lock and on a Jobox it's shackle and body are further protected by the steel of the lid...so I see no reason to purchase a more expensive model. Has worked great for me x2 !!

I bought these because I've had good service from this brand and model in the past. I also wanted two locks that were keyed alike.These Master padlocks seem very durable, and they lock and unlock smoothly, even after years of use. They appear to be strongly made. The blue decorative band at the bottom does eventually break off, but that doesn't affect the operation of the lock.It's worth noting that the photo shows four keys, but the package came with only two. I would have preferred four.
