After double masectomy and expanders inserted for reconstruction i found my regular size was roomy enough for swollen chest and underarms and not at all constricting. Drain bulbs fit nicely into inside pockets and are secured with several snaps. There are clips to hold the tubing so there is no pulling or tugging. The front has many snap closures that leave no gaps. I purchased a second top after finding top to be the most useful of others I had purchased. Top looks similar to a nurse’s scrub. Not at all revealing.

I bought several mastectomy tops and this one has been my go to. When u first wash, it seems too stiff and wrinkled. I washed several times and used Downey wrinkle relaxer, then it was soft and light weight and covers well. I bought xl, and it runs 1 size too large, so it fits perfectly. Snaps are easy on and off. Good quality! The drain bottles fit nicely in the inside pouches! I read one post that said afterwards they would be using the shirt in garden or crafting later on! I love this shirt!

The pockets work for holding drains after surgery but the fabric is very uncomfortable. The snaps are difficult.Would NOT recommend this shirt.

It was functional and pretty comfortable for post mastectomy purposes. It has pockets on the inside for drain tubes and snap front closure. Was a little expensive .

Bought this item because of all the goodies it has. The easy access of front closure; the convenience of the 2 inside pockets for draining tube. *its waist length* so doesn't get all balled up while you are sitting up or laying.

These are smart looking which I feel is necessary after surgery. They hold the drains comfortably.

I got this for my spouse who had a double mastectomy. The sizing fits right for her and it is comfortable on her body. The four pockets are meant for you to place the drains and keep them "hidden". It works well, and I like how it is evenly spaced on both sides (1 outside, 1 inside). Since she had both removed the drain pockets on both sides is a definite life save. The shirt is bisected in the middle like a gown and it is snap closure for open/closing. It is light weight enough that it doesn't place too much pressure on her chest but when you have the drains there, it does "weigh" it down but not too much.
