Used for my son’s standard size coil mattress, which is 5 inches thick. Does come with 2! First thing I did wash & dry it. With very low heat! Had no issues or damages. Fits great and even. Have not yet tested for leakage which is why I only gave 4 stars. But the material looks promising.

I use these to cover my dog beds. I have Three dogs, one is a senior. Accidents happen, and beagles can get stinky quickly! It's so much easier to wash these when needed than taking the whole bed apart. Do they look as good? No, but I don't care. I cover them with fleece blankets as well. They work great for the purpose I have and I imagine they'd be great for a baby too. No crinkly sound. They haven't complained about them being too hot, then again they'd crawl into the gas stove fireplace for more warmth if they could! Lol! Nice product, reasonable price!

I've had mine for a couple years and it holds up well in the wash and has kept its softness. Just bought another one recently as I am weaning my little one off night diapers and I figured I should have a back-up one for more frequent nighttime accidents, then I have one to change into. Highly recommend.

I know this is supposed to be used with a different sheet on top of it but it’s so soft that my baby loves to sleep on it. Very easy to clean no noises and no leaking to the mattress either. Just love it!

I don’t use this for traditional purposes. I have a 200+ lbs mastiff who is old and has arthritis and in looking for a good bed for him we found dog beds are exceedingly expensive and trying to find one that would fit him was near impossible so we got him a crib mattress. I wanted to get a cover that would be easy to wash and keep things off the mattress itself so that it would last as long as possible. This protector works really well and has an added bonus of making it so the sheet doesn’t slide when he is getting on and off. It’s easy to wash and does well to keep his drool and everything off the mattress itself. I feel like if it can handle my big guy it would be great for babies, breathable and soft for my old man I think it would hold up well to a baby.

I bought this the first time long before we needed it. Now that my daughter is using her toddler mattress I have this underneath her sheet. Last night she threw up on it for the first time and put it to the test. The mattress protector did a fantastic job soaking up the liquid and keeping the mattress pad clean and dry. It is also soft and breathable and the crib sheet fits well over it. I bought a second one of these this morning as a back up for next time!
