I like Fred Marvin and his products. These items Blow Away anything the box stores sell!! I use my system every other day for approx 10 years. Commercially I can get 3/5 years from a kit, obviously replacing pruning saw blades and an occasional sharpening.

I like the product. But the eye bolt bends if you're using it alot.

The first pruner head that I received was defective. I contacted customer service and received prompt, friendly, and professional assistance. I received clear instructions for returning the product and was promptly sent a replacement. The new pruner head was perfect and has already been put to use. It is a solid, well constructed tool. Thank you Guy for your help.

Difficult to get into tight spaces, otherwise a great pruning head.

Put it on the end of a sliding 16' alum pole.1) it is heavy2) has a long pull, 42"3) has a stiff spring to pull againstOnce it is situated on a branch and the blade is engaged, it cut through some 1.25" branches with ease which is what I needed it for. Will keep it and get a more lightweight one for smaller branches and that the wife can use.
