Product is in perfect condition but box severely messed up. Not done in delivery. Put in for a replacement and the second was in the same damaged shape. Sooo disappointed. Trying to decide whether to take it out of the box and place it in a better box to give as a gift or return it. Long story short....Don't purchase this item unless you plan on reboxing it if it's a gift.😔

This is supposed to be a gift and I was very disappointed to open the package to find that the box for the pillow was completely damaged and falling apart, it may as well been sent without one that’s how bad the box looked. Pillow seems ok just hate that the box is not.
