The brace fit so poorly on my small foot that it was more painful on than off. I don’t think the size is an issue in my opinion.

I wound up returning this one since it’s winter and I’d be wearing more dark colored pants but it’s same as the one in black I ordered and kept. My doctor suggested an air cast after I had a pretty bad sprained ankle. It definitely helped a lot for the first few weeks by keeping my ankle stable. I was able to wear flats with it on but that was all. Eventually it began being uncomfortable on my inner ankle bone and couldn’t really adjust it enough to correct that.

The doctor wanted $150 for literally the exact same thing. Works as advertised. Comfortable to wear and the cooling gel works.

This product is so uncomfortable. It wore blisters on my ankle and foot. It's very complicated to get it to stay in place. It slips down with every step. The "cooling" gel is a joke at best. I place it in the freezer for two hours as recommended. It froze so solid it would not conform to my ankle...the very reason I purchased this item. It's also not returnable so you'll be stuck with it. Mine went in the trash!!! Very unsatisfied with this item. Look for a professional product is my advice. This one works like it came from the Dollar Store.

I used to take ballet and I have super big muscle at the top, back of my lower leg. I had to add some sticky parts to the leg brace so that the strap would fit around my leg. It did NOT fit around the upper part of my lower leg.
