These pencils have district quality and a comfortable size in the hand. The pigments are rich and not prone to smudging unless you use a smudger. I nabbed a set of kneaded erasers to accompany these pencils for my little artist, and they are very pleased with the combo. (Grab a hardshell pencil case to keep both pencils and erasers in for an affordable, nifty gift.)

If you are interested in graphite drawing, these are excellent. The graphite is even (no grit), smooth (as silk), and blends beautifully (without smudging all over the place.) These pencils are affordably priced and are truly professional grade quality. They are a pleasure to use. I can highly, highly recommend these pencils for graphite drawing. You won't be disappointed.
