SM-4033 Smith Machine
Utilize the Olympic weight bar, which is attached to the smith track, for Smith Machine squats, presses, and more. Easily lock the bar into place when you’re done with your workout or need to end your exercise abruptly.
Adjustable Dual Pulleys
The dual pulleys allow for cable crossovers and more strength training exercises. Adjust the pulleys from the top of the unit to the bottom of the unit to target different muscles and exercises.
Pull-Up Bar
The top of the SM-4033 has a multi-grip pull-up bar for pull-ups, chin-ups, and kipping pull-ups. Change your grip to target different muscles. And, the bar is knurled at key points for better grip.
Butterfly Press Arms
Target your chest muscles with the padded butterfly press arms. Simply add weight plates to the pulley trolley and you’re set to start working out!
Lower Pulley
The lower pulley cable is perfect for one arm curls. The lower pulley can also be used along with the foot plate for seated rows – especially important if you don’t have a rowing machine.
Preacher Curl with Bar Holder
Take advantage of the preacher curl pad included with your Marcy Smith Machine SM-4033. When your reps are done and you need a break, simply place the preacher curl bar (sold separately) on the bar holder right in front of the preacher curl pad.
Attachments
The SM-4033 Smith Machine includes adjustable / removable dip bars, cable handles for cable crossovers, a landmine attachment for landmine presses, and a triceps rope for triceps extensions (and more exercises of course!)
Bench Presses
The adjustable bench allows you to do presses at varying degrees on the smith machine. Or, use the adjustable bar catches to do the presses without the smith machine bar (Olympic Bar sold separately)
Triceps Rope
The included Triceps Rope is perfect in tandem with the adjustable pulleys for lat push-downs, overhead triceps extensions, and more.

This is an incredible machine! So many options for different exercises and you can move very quickly between sets. Highly recommended and the best part is you can get different workouts and sets throughout the day with the ease of use of this high quality product!

After a few months now I feel I can safely say it’s a great piece of equipment so far. The quality is pretty solid and feels like a professional gym machine, about as close as you can get without spending thousands.It took me two days to build, probably 15hrs or so. It’s pretty easy to assemble, it’s just very time consuming, lots of bolts and little parts. Organize everything and use a socket wrench.You can still do leg presses, you just have to lay down. The landmine addition has turned out to be a great asset as well.The benchpress bar can rock a little between the poles. I was surprised it wasn’t more sturdy. It’s still solid enough, but there is some sway there. Also as a tall person (6’3) I’ve found myself bumping my arms against the red support bars on chest and shoulder lifts. Not a huge deal, but it’s not ultra wide.

Seriously this machine has everything you need and more! Everything is high quality and I'm just so impressed and happy! Plus the company was amazing to work with and so accomidating as I live in Canada! If you want a great reliable machine I highly suggest you hit that button and commit!

I could not wait for this machine to arrive!! I have bought so much gym equipment since this Covid-19 outbreak hit. Once I saw this machine available online I sold my bowflew, one of my weight benches, and my other smith machine. I told my wife the next thing I buy would be what I WANT and not just machines to get me by. THIS WAS IT!! I got mine Friday May 22nd 2020 (two days ago) we stayed up all night put this machine together. I went to bed and my wife stayed up till 4 am and I woke back up around 6am to finish it. It took us til about 730pm that day to finally use it. We were already in love before it arrived and continued to fall more and more as we received it. The materials are top class! They did not cut corners with this machine. From the medal used to build it to the handles springs rollers etc are all top notch. Its better than I originally expected. The assembly takes time of course.. We got stuck at one point with the 4 (2 set) of "silver poles" we put the wrong set on the smith machine part. Took us a min to realize it was the wrong set. Ill just say this at step (6) part number (17) is not the 2 poles with the dents on the ends. Besides that it was pretty easy just time consuming. My wife did the cables herself. I know some people have comments about them but she did it by herself while I was sleep. She's amazing tho, soooo. Anyway Im writing this review as Im anxiously waiting on her to finish our weekly meal prepping so we can get back started. THIS IS THE MACHINE YOUR LOOKING FOR!! Its definitely worth the money, they could easily charge 2000+, easily. Sidenote the machine had a few scratches but Im assuming those come from the shipping plus one pulley roller had a small piece chipped off. But all and all those were miner things. I added a few in some pictures, and also a page from the instructions to show how easy it is to assemble. MARCY IS THE TRUTH!Update: 2 days after I received mine the price skyrocketed. I paid $1600+ the price has since more than doubled. As much as I love my Marcy I would definitely not pay close to $4000 dollars for it. I guess its about supply and demand at this point.
