The directions were a bit overwhelming, but it was actually really easy and super fun. You can make more than the 10 pieces of paper they give you if you have textured cardstock paper.

theres alot of adult supervision required. more then normal with this type of activity. arts and craft for kids. But this was exciting and different. it's hard not to create something that looks amazing in the end.there is some prep that needs to be done before you sit the kids down. you can't just get going straight out of the box. so read the instructions. theres a lot of chances to make a mess. so lay towels down. and be there every step of the way. not the type you can just leave them creating and walk away. But it's fun.the kids loved it. I wan't sure about the gel and how it was all going to work. or how the final work would turn out. But just follow the instructions and you should be fine. the marbling effect is so cool. be prepared to demonstrate how it's done. so they can get it right. it was fun even for me as the adult.will probably do this again.

Parece usado, el empaque llego en buen estado, el interior todo manchado como si hubiese sido usado , y los empaques de las tintas parecen usados y llenados de nuevo, el papel de transferencia llegó manchado , al igual que la charola y las herramientas

My 3 year old girl needed some help when transfering on the canvas but she loved it and even transfered some all by herself. I may get the larger kit next time to have more paint and more canvas sheets. I think the larger kit from the same brand comes with the pre-mixed ready to use liquid/gel medium.

I thought this would be a great gift for my 6 year old but had no idea an adult had to open it and prep 24 hours before a child could play with it. Since this gift is clearly for children and most children don’t like to wait 24 hours before they can play with some thing I think the manufacturer should say this upfront. (Basically you have to boil water and then using the provided spoon add an exact amount of the chemical thickener and let it sit for a day before using). Add in the fact that the boiling water melts the provided spoon when you mix it in and you basically have a useless box of materials after the first use. The only reason I didn’t give this one star is my son enjoyed playing with the paint in regular water (since we need to wait for the boiled water to cool for 24 hours) for about 20 minutes. Colors weren’t vibrant using the colored water and the tray was tiny. I plan to recreate by getting the tray, paints, etc from a hobby store, which I guess I should have done in the first place.
