These are some pretty good crochet hooks, a huge improvement over what comes with most crochet starter kits. They're pretty great. They might not be the absolute best value, but they're still excellent.

Well made and comfortable in the hand, this hook tool is good to have for most crafters working with any weaving, knitting, or materials that require hooking. This tool is small, each to hold and is easy to fit into any pencil case or crafting storage bag. I like that 3 hook tools are included in a pack, it's helpful to have multiple to leave with different projects. I mainly used this hook for knitting projects for picking up stitches or using the hook to help latch particular areas to fix parts of knit tops. The hook works well and secures parts as needed and is each to release and latch to other parts. I like how versatile this tool is and it can be used for various purposes and needs.

This set of three latch-hook tools is a welcome addition to my needlework supplies. Hooks like these are one of those items that seem to get "borrowed" quite often, and returned somewhat less often, so I am glad to have this set of three to turn to. I was somewhat expecting that the hooks would be in three different sizes, but they are identical. Except for the bright blue handles, they are very much like the old standby latch-hook that was my grandmother's. I don't lend that one. Those blue handles have a very nice hand-feel, even though they are made of plastic, not wood. And the bright colour makes them easy to find in my drawer full of needlework tools and accessories. For very simple crochet projects, I actually prefer a latch-hook over a standard crochet hook, because, for me at least, the deeper shape of the hook allows for a better "grab" of the yarn. Another use of these hooks has nothing at all to do with needlework. If you ever find that your bathroom sink drain is a little sluggish because of a build up of hair and soap, a latch-hook is great for lifting that nasty stuff out of the drain. This is a very nice, well-designed, functional set of hooks. The only thing I would change is the handle: I have a nostalgic fondness for the old-style wooden handles. But as far as I can tell, this is a good product, and I am happy with it.
