The clock is a beautiful, however, the hour hand is approximately 2 minutes ahead of where it should be.I.e. when the minute hand is at 12 the hour hand is 2 minutes past the hour. Not good that the hands are not coordinated.

This mantel clock sits perfectly on my mantel over the fireplace!It’s large clockface can easily be seen fromacross the room - which was important!It doesn’t chime or play music - it just keepsperfect time - snd and that’s what l wanted!

I bought this clock to replace a mantle clock that stopped working after 20+ years. Although it's made of plastic, I don't think anyone would notice that unless they got up close to examine it. No one would have to get close to see the time as the sharpness of the numbers makes it easy to read from across the room.

Although it's plastic, which i didn't realize until after i purchased it, it looks good for the price, and it's easy to read.
