How to Use the Car Inline Spark Plug Tester:
-Step 1: Turn Off the Engine: Ensure the vehicle's engine is turned off and the key is removed from the ignition to prevent any accidental starting.
-Step 2: Locate the Spark Plug: Find the spark plug wire you wish to test. Disconnect the wire from the spark plug.
-Step 3: Connect the Tester: Attach the inline spark plug tester between the spark plug and the spark plug wire. One end should connect to the spark plug, and the other end to the plug wire.
-Step 4: Start the Engine: Turn on the engine. The inline tester will show a light or spark indicating whether the spark plug is receiving power.
-Step 5: Observe the Tester: Look for a consistent spark or light within the tester. A steady spark indicates that the spark plug and ignition system are functioning correctly.
-Step 6: Turn Off the Engine: Once testing is complete, turn off the engine before disconnecting the tester.
-Step 7: Disconnect the Tester: Remove the tester from the spark plug and reconnect the spark plug wire to the spark plug.
-Step 8: Repeat as Needed: If testing multiple spark plugs, repeat the process for each one.
