The cord is nice and usable, but I expected that it would be 20 in one piece yards as it is on a spool. Imagine my surprise when 3/4 into my project I discovered that it is two pieces. Shortened things up a bit. Not a nice surprise at all

All appeared okay when I received the piping cord. It was packaged in plastic covering. I did not use it straight away and only after I had cut a couple of lengths did I discover that there was a break in the cord which the ends had been knotted together and that there were a couple of places which where not dyed.
