This is just like described. The material is so soft and very warm for layering. We were going to the 30 degree weather and it kept my 4 year old warm underneath a long sleeve and vest. It was slightly large but not very much. my daughter wears size 4t sometimes 5t if sleeves are too short but this one fit nicely with a little room for her to grow into. I ordered the XS.

I bought 2 for my daughter on early Feb. It has been one month, and the inside fleece still soft and feel comfortable. The warm is just about right for my kids to wear this inside with a another thin sweater shirt layer for around 65-68F temperature.

Size chart was right on. My daughter usually finds size 10 too small across the chest so I thought maybe the Large (listed as 10-12) would be too small but it fit very well. It was not skin tight, it was not too baggy or bulky. She likes it to wear under short sleeved t-shirts in the winter. The inside is soft and warm and the outside moves well under a t-shirt so her clothes don’t feel like they are bunching up. More than I wanted to pay for an undershirt but found it worth it. Already buying a size up for next year!
