It was great! It moves quickly through the home with a gentle sound.it actually picks up the dust and does a surface mop cleaning.Great value for the money. I expected a small robot but this one is huge and fits great in the corner. My cat loves it! Great invention!

Better than expected. Was completely charged when it arrived, easy set up and starts just by pressing a button. Love the fact that there are no bags to collect dirt. (You just empty a bin)!

This thing has proved that u never know how much dust, hair and grime are just sitting on your floors that the broom and mop just can’t grab. It’s very powerful and durable for the price. I’m still shocked at how much it removed from my visibly clean and freshly mopped floors. I don’t regret buying this. I’m a busy nurse that works 12 hours a day so I’m glad I have this addition to help me keep things clean. I just don’t like how it gets trapped by the rugs at times and going under tables.

Not very technologically smart lol, but was pretty easy to figure it all out. So far my floors are looking great and seems to be a lot less dog hair, crumbs on the floor. Also has made life a lot easier with two kids, a dog working full time it’s helped me get a lil more free time.

Wish I had bought this sooner! Love being able to turn this on and let it do the work for me. I love the mop feature. I’ve purchased extra pads so that I always have clean one ready for the day.

DO NOT BUY – Damaged My Floors!I regret purchasing this autonomous vacuum cleaner, as it has caused significant damage to my vinyl flooring. If you have vinyl, laminate, or any softer flooring material, DO NOT buy this product!The Problem:After just a one use, I started noticing scratches, divots, and scuff marks all over my floors. At first, I thought it was just dust buildup or minor wear, but upon closer inspection, I realized this vacuum was actively damaging the surface. The wheels, rotating brushes, or some other design flaw is scraping and creating deep marks in the flooring. The damage is not just cosmetic—it’s permanent!False Advertising?This vacuum was advertised as safe for hard floors, yet it has done the complete opposite. If a product is supposed to work on vinyl, I should not have to worry about it ruining my floors after just one cycle. This is completely unacceptable for a device that is supposed to “automate” cleaning—it’s now costing me hundreds, if not thousands, in floor repairs.Customer Service and Accountability:I have contacted Amazon and the manufacturer regarding this issue and am awaiting their response. If they do not provide a proper resolution, I will be escalating this further. A vacuum cleaner should not be capable of causing this kind of destruction.Final Verdict:🚨 Do not risk your floors! 🚨 If you have vinyl, laminate, or delicate hard floors, avoid this vacuum at all costs. I wish I had known before purchasing, and I hope this review saves others from making the same mistake.
