I am absolutely in love with this Herb Grinder. Capacity is the perfect size to fill a 1.25 cone. Has not clogged once and delivers a consistent fine grind every time.

I bought as a gift. They like it very much and uses it to grind of herbs for making gummies. They said it is well built grinds nicely and is a great machine.

I love this thing, easy to use easy to clean simple doesn't feel like its made cheap it feels robust. It can be noisy for grinding while the wife or husband n kids are sleeping, but the actual grinder parts are metal and looks great and you can grind a nug of what ever herbs you have and in less than 3 seconds its done and ready to use.

I purchased this grinder 18 months ago and use it daily, often multiple times a day. It holds a charge for a very very long time and after being put to the test every day for well over a year, I am impressed by its durability. I am upgrading to the XL version which has a higher capacity but I highly recommend this product.

I did film a video. But thought better of it. Fantastic electric 'herb' grinder. The blades are sharp. But with the cap, Safe! Saved me a lot of pain in hands and arms. So simple to use and charges quickly. Highly recommend for people that struggle to grind herbs manually.

THIS BEST GRINDER I'VE EVER PURCHASED. So I purchased this fantastic grinder some time ago, it is used every day. It is well worked. I noticed a slight problem with it and thought I'd see if the part was first available as always on Amazon but couldn't find it. So I emailed the maker asking if they sold them, I enclosed a pic of problem, the very next day (TODAY) I got a reply, they are sending me it out today FREE OF CHARGE. I wanted to do a very hard test on this grinder! I have had this thing for 1.5 years and haven't cleaned it once and use it daily and the thing still works like it did the first day I got it. The battery last a super long time. The fact it grinds like a hand grinder and not like a bud buster, I find it makes a perfect smoke. It's 100% worth it. I once even over packed it a bit and forced the motor to grind over the reccomneded capacity for the stress test. It's the best grinder ever. I'm going to buy a second one now and treat it like a baby. I wanted to wait 1 year before this honest review.

(While the product works and I enjoy it, my device was defective in manufacture and I can not morally give more than 3* until I have a replacement as this might signal other issues)The product functions. If you are in the habit of packing your grinder tight, the product will jam. It doesn't have the torque to break up bigger buds and tougher herbs. But if you break up the buds and don't overpack, this grinder is much nicer on arthritic hands than a manual, and has the blades to produce a fine grind even with a stickier fresh herb.However, like similar designs the head is attached via a magnet. In mine this magnet was not secured to the grinding head, only held in via friction, and in use the magnet will dislodge. While the device can still function as a grinder with care, dispensing functions are right out, and marketed convivence is impacted. If this was happening after extensive use, I'd work around it. Having the head fall off into my stash jar Day One was not pleasant.The manufacturer acknowledged I had a defect, and offered to replace the head. They require 21 business days to replace the part via a warranty claim. Amazon will replace the entire product with 2 day delivery. I know which I choose.

I have pretty bad arthritis. Even those hand crank grinders are hard to use because you still have to screw/unscrew them. This grinder uses a magnet. Not only does that make it incredibly easy to load but it also plays a pretty important role in helping this thing work without jamming. I have found that as long as this thing is used correctly, it truly does never "jam".1: Loading. You absolutely can not overload it. Do not put more than 1g in. It says 1g capacity right there in the product page title, so this isn't a secret. Also, break it up a little bit. If it's very dense stuff, nothing bigger than a large pea. Fluffier stuff has a little more leeway. Lastly, only place herb in the open spaces on the detachable piece. When putting it on the grinder, don't force it down all the way if it doesn't want to sit that way on its own. Forcing it just compresses the herb making it harder to grind. The magnet will hold it as long as you don't overload it.2: Grinding. This grinder was designed to be used in both directions during normal operation. If you press the button and it stops, you need to change direction. It's not jammed. You may need to do the back and forth a few times before it starts grinding smoothly, but that's how it's supposed to work. This is why it never "jams".3: Storing/Charging. This is the one thing I don't like about the design, and also what I suspect may be a potential fire risk. The grinder is designed to be placed on it's back, pointing the funnel straight up. That's also where the rocker switch is. Now if you place it on a flat surface, it's fine. The switch won't get pressed. But there's not much clearance. A little bit of debris is all it takes, and it's a very sensitive switch. Here's what makes this a hazard: When the motor is overloaded and stalled, it's completely quiet. I haven't opened it up, but if there's no overload protection on that motor, it will sit there stalled out until it overheats. If you put it down wrong and it's "jammed" you could very well not notice.Luckily, the mitigation is easy. Just place it on it's side when you're not using it. Still, this is something I would like to see the manufacturer address in future versions of the product. At the very least, add a thermal fuse to the motor on the current version.All of that said, the ease-of-use alone is what gets 5 stars out of me. This really is the most accessible grinder for folks with hand strength/dexterity issues.

Fantastic purchase. Wish i had got one much sooner. Have arthritis in my hands, so makes it difficult to use most grinders. The Mamba is great. And a lovely grind it makes too.
