Good bang for the buck.I tested this vs a craftsman driver and it did hold the bits with around 40 percent less wobble.Cons - its a bit short so longer bits might be needed when reach into say the back of a fridge to remove the water filter.

I'm a 40 year HVAC Sheet Metal worker/installer Vet and have been using Malco tools that long too. Works great when you just have to use your 1/4" hex bits by hand on an install. I have several different brands of hex bits and the handle works with all of them.

Excellent driver handle! Well built and ready for a lifetime of service. Exactly what I was looking for to go with impact ready nut driver set. It is also a perfect match for the Klein Tools 32234 Impact Driver Bit Set (Philips, flat, and square). This gives me a full complement of hand drivers in the top of my toolbox. I needed a handle with a slightly smaller diameter than the main tool brands offered in order to fit in the ready access portion of the toolbox, plus it helps when in my tool belt.

This is a nice driver handle. The acrylic handle is supposed to be shatterproof and will accept a box-end wrench for extra turning force, though I've never needed to do that with a driver handle. The chuck is probably the best locking one I've ever had, holds on nice and tight with no wobble or rattling around. To use this as a bit driver you will need an extended bit holder as it is too deep for 1 inch bits but 2 inch should be ok. Malco makes matching magnetic flip-socket extentions to go with this for nut driving that are supposed to be fantastic. I would recommend this product.

It works good and it is universal. I paid $10.29 for it in June of 2024 and in October of 2024 it’s now priced at $16.99. If I had to order it today I would pass because it’s almost doubled in price.

OK so what's so great about a 1/4 shank bits handle? Well if you care about the tightness of the bits and the feel of the handle, you would not hesitate to buy this. I have a ton of the bit handles from Dewalt, Williams (Snap on), Stanley, Craftsman, etc. and they all wobble a lot, especially the ones that ratchet. This one is so tight and has the least amount of wobble and is very strong. The acetate handles are reminiscent of craftsman handles. The quick change will lock down the bit to where it wont slip out. I was so impressed by this that I ordered a second one. These are so good that you can use them as screwdrivers, hex drivers, nut drivers and torx drivers with the proper bits. I would use shanks that are ideally 3.5 inch long but they can be used with shanks down to 1.5 inch. There is just something about a tool whose performance is so much better than the competition and is reasonably priced. You gotta love Malco.Update: I bought a Plano 23500-00 storage box to hold the Malco plus a number of screwdriver and hex bits. The box is just perfect. I would recommend that highly. I might take a picture and post it to this review.

Su sistema para sostener las puntas es muy bueno, no esta imantado, el mango esta muy bien terminado, se ve y se siente robusto, para traelo en el uso diario. No se si en verdad sea indestructible, no lo voy a poner a prueba pero estoy muy contento para este desarmador que uso en el dia a dia.
