Is This An Effective Support Product?

A 1,200-pound horse requires about one wafer daily. If certain conditions are present, or at your veterinarian's suggestion, increase the daily dosage to two wafers per day.

I love this product and have used regularly but this batch is hard as rocks and I am afraid to feed it to my horse as she might choke on them. Seems it's unfair that I cannot return or get a refund for a product that is clearly uneatable.

My horse used to like them, but it is now harder to get her to take the treats. She relaxes nicely when she does eat them.

I ordered from this link thinking that I would recipient a 60 count bag of treats like the title implies but only realized later that a 30 count bag was sent. To be fair in the invoice itself it does say 30 count but I didn't pay attention due to having no options for quantity selections thinking that I was ordering the 60 count bag.Maybe some sort of typo but buyer should double check to ensure that they are buying the correct intended amount.

Great product, my horse loves the wafer with peppermint; but, product NEEDS to be shipped in a box. Sending it in an envelope does not work as the wafers get crushed.
