I was so impressed on how this little part fixes broken plantation blinds in the house we recently purchased. We did use 2 drill bits to get the old and very brittle broken plastic holders out of each end but was super easy and a fraction of the cost of ordering new blinds. Highly recommend!

These fit perfectly and pushed in snug as they should. Smooth operation once installed. They replaced some pins that we broke. An original pin is also pictured for comparison.

This is a replacement for broken pins in my shutter blinds. The existing pins seem to be breaking rapidly after 5 years in the sun and heat. These replacements match well, are easy to install, and work well. The instructions include the appropriate drill bit sizes in case you have to drill out the old pin (likely). The material seems different, but it may be some years before I can comment on longevity.
