These tags appear to serve the purpose of identifying the location of water shutoffs that are buried in insulation in the basement. I need to fine a flexible material, chain, to hang the tags. Wire ties do not hang freely

These are very well made tags. They are a little pricey for what they are. But overall they worked for county inspections.
