Review for: "Lucundm Mail and Key Holder - Decorative 9.8" x 12.5" Wall Key Hanger with 2 Mail Organizer Slots and 3 Hooks - Real Paulownia Wood with Keyhole Brackets, Hardware and Instructions (White)"Colour: WhiteThe mail box came in a box with two pages of instructions, 3 screws, 3 concrete anchors and 3 drywall anchors.The screws attached to the back side in a recessed area. I'm used to having holes in the front to just put a screw into, then level it at the top of the shelf. With this, the holes have to be lined up first in order for the mail box to attach properly.The instructions (as written):1) Precisely measure the distance between the centre of two hanger holes on the back of the shelf.2) Use a level to determine whether it is horizontal and vertical, mark the points with proper distance by pencil and draw a horizontally straight line on the wall.3) Drill holes with 6 mm (1/4 in) drill bit. Clean the hole and embed the anchors through the object to be fixed. Screw the screws in the anchors.4) Mount the mail holder into the place.I found these instructions rather confusing. I have received items like this in the past that have stickers that you just stick to the wall and drill the screws through. That makes it so much easier than measuring and trying to get it just right. The other issue I had was that the head of the first screw broke off. Perhaps it was because we didn't drill the hole first, but I think the screws included are just too weak.Once up, the mail holder is very nice. There are two slots for mail that also fit 8 1/2 inch paper so can be used as an inbox for papers or bills etc. There are 3 hooks that can be used to hang various things on like umbrellas and keys etc. I put this in the hall beside the side door and it's come in very handy.

My bad for not realizing it was too narrow to hold letter sized mail. Solid piece for narrow spots. Looks good

What I like about this mail and key holder is that it is easy to hang in the wall because it has pre-holes when it arrive. Since its made of wood it, it is sturdy and fits most of my mails and also able to hang my keys for my car and house which is great. I will recommend it because it works as to what it supposed to.

This is a great addition to my entryway. Already assembled, just need to drill 3 holes for the anchors & screws into the wall, then you're done. No drilling template included with mine, no big deal, it's really easy to make your own with a piece of paper. I was also able to fold it (the paper template I quickly made) and tape it to the wall, so that any bits that came out when drilling would fall into the paper, making clean up a breeze.The unit itself looks very nice. It's nothing too fancy so it will fit well with most aesthetics. It's pretty basic without looking too basic?It does exactly what it's meant to do. It holds mail, flyers, notes, etc. and also has hooks that can be used with keys, etc.For what it is, I'm not sure durability matters all that much since these typically wouldn't be used in a way that they would break.. But this is made with real wood and constructed quite well. I guess someone can be rambunctious and end up knocking it off the wall? If that were to happen, this should survive that no problem.It's a nice addition to the entryway which I will mostly forget about as it will just become a part of my home, it will serve me very well, I just likely won't appreciate it because you don't miss something until it's gone. On that note, I'm planning on keeping this around, being underappreciated.

I’ve been looking for a good way to keep important paperwork that needs to be taken back out of the house (like prescriptions or lab requisitions) in a central and easy-to-spot place so I don’t forget them when I leave. This organizer has a smaller envelope-sized area in the front as well as a larger full sized slot that fits 8.5’x11’ paperwork. This makes it so easy to pop in anything that needs to be taken somewhere in the future so it doesn’t get lost. It also has the three hooks at the bottom which work for my extra keys and lanyards with ID badges for example. It’s solid wood and super sturdy. Installation was a breeze! I was skeptical when I read that the drywall plugs can just be screwed right into the wall and don’t need a hole drilled for them first - but they absolutely can! Then just screw in your screws (leaving them sitting out enough to catch the hooks in the back of the organizer) hang it up and you’re done! The style matches the rest of my foyer perfectly and I love it! I absolutely would recommend this!
