The product itself isn't the issue. It seems fine for what it is, but the packing is crap. I honestly feel like I got one that was used, returned, and thrown in a ripped plastic bag for resale. This is not worth the price I paid for it. I tried contacting Amazon to resolve the issue, but they only gave the option to return or replace which, unfortunately, I don't have time to do. Not a happy customer.

Used for a storing 30” pine cone wreath. It held the item well. I added some padding in the bottom to carry the fragile wreath upstairs. The small storage compartment adheres with Velcro and provides welcome extra storage. The zipper operates smoothly. Overall, this provides excellent protection. I recommend highly.

Product is as described I was hoping for a more structured box, when using the handles to hang the storage bag is sags a lot and doesn’t protect wreath as I’d hope
