The magnet is strong enough to securely hold all my sockets in place. The layout is well-thought-out, with clearly labeled sections for easy organization. The material feels sturdy, and the compact design fits perfectly in my tool chest. It’s made my workspace much more efficient and tidy. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to keep their sockets organized and easily accessible!

Each of the holes is ever-so-slightly larger than the socket, which makes it easy in and out. The magnet is the perfect strength. Strong, but not so strong you're picking the whole thing up when you grab a socket. The assortment of sizes is large, so there's a home for every size you have. If you forced me to make a note for improvement, I'd like the identifying numbers to be larger and/or more visible. They're not bad, but that's the feature you're going to use every single time you grab a socket.

This was the cheapest version which had both SAE and Metric socket kits.Plastic is good quality and color, rubber coated bottom keeps from marring anything. Works great for both my short/long, and impact sockets. Holds them securely when the drawer moves, sockets dont fall out, and easy to take to the workplace. Holes match my sockets well…not too loose or tight. Magnets are perfect…just the right stick for both retaining the socket and holding the tray in place….even loaded up on the side of the drawer works! Was considering the version which included a parts tray base….ultimately went with this version is its more compact and will get a seperate magnetic tray. One con - the kit of trays HEAVY….likely due to the substantial rubberized magnet bases. Its not noticeable weight for each tray, but the box was maybe 15lbs for the kit. I only mention it as a weaker deep toolbox drawer could struggle when adding these trays to full drawer of sockets/extensions/ect! Mines rated for 220lbs, but I’d be concerned with a single slide drawer rated at 80lbs.

Sizing was a bit confusing but they work well, possibly for someone that has more sockets or an actual mechanic it makes more sense. For me I just wanted to organize the couple of misc socket kits I’ve collected and it was more than enough.Magnets are strong and the base is a good size. High quality plastic which is nice.

Obviously they organize sockets. What makes them good is the following:1. Magnets are strong and make putting sockets back pretty easy. You can quickly get them close enough to their spot and the magnets will do the rest.2. The sizes are easy to read even when in a service cart with a deeper tray. These replaced some harbor freight peg style ones I had which were fine and worked well, but it was not very easy to see the sizes when they were in the top of my service cart. Those work better for top of a toolbox. These ones are good if you have an overhead view of things.3. The adapter spot is nice. I always used to lose those or put them in a sockets spot which wasn’t a great solution.4. They are not expensive.5. On a metal surface the magnets make these a challenge to remove. I see this as a plus. They stay put. The sockets do too. You can put these vertically if you wanted to and they’d be fine.
