I have severe arthritis in my hands and have a hard time using the typical beer bottle opener. I'm so happy I found this as it is extremely easy to use. Cap comes off immediately by just pressing the opener over the bottle and cap. And, it keeps the cap in tact, so you can easily replace it if you don't finish the bottle, which is typical with me. Great purchase, especially if you have trouble with your hands like I do!
