Dark but not too dark , use caution when switching lanes. No suction cups needed easy to install, no magnets it's more like elastic, sturdy enough to open windows. For rear windows not the front.

Great size and shape to fit our 2010 Honda CRV perfectly. This is our 3rd set of car window screens since having kids. PROS/CONS below:PROS:Able to have windows open to quickly cool off the car when we get in, while also keeping the car and kids cooler from the shade it provides. Another underrated bonus is that kids cannot throw anything out of car windows.CONS:We live in the mtns (9100ft) so the sun is super intense - UV exposure makes all of these types of shades fade to gray on the exterior side within about 6 months. Fading makes them look a bit tacky. When fading happens, I just swap them to the other side of the car so that we have the unfaded black side on the exterior again. I take them off before car washes to make them last longer. However, they begin to lose elasticity after about 12 months. Once the elastic is gone, they baggies makes them pointless and junky looking.The practical benefits of these with kids make it worth the ~$15 to buy once a year when they wear out.

This sunscreen does what it says, keeps the sun from being too bright while allowing air flow. Easy to install, juat alide it over the car door. Per directions, should not use this if it is raining.I am mostly disappointed because even though I used Amazon's product matching system to ensure it'll fit my vehicle, it seems to be too big and fits over the window awkwardly.

I got these as sun shades for my infant in the car. They are real easy to install and stay put. They block a lot of light but don't completely shade in direct light. They don't cause any leaks in rain or snow. I like that I can still roll the window down for air but no bugs can get in and nothing can be thrown out. It also keeps my little dog from leaning out the window. When I take the baby out in the stroller, I use one of the shades as a bug screen and stretch it over his seat. The only downside is that when it's on the door behind the driver, it's nearly impossible to see out that window from that angle, further obscuring the blind spot.

They were a bit big for my car's windows, despite Amazon recommending them. However, they do work wonderfully. My child doesn't complain about the sun in his eyes as much, which is super great. Definitely would buy again (which I might need to after a couple of months, as they do tend to fade and the elastic breaks down)

I purchased these rear window shades for my 2022 Subaru Outback for when my dog is in the rear seat. They install easy and fix really well. They were a little too big; however, after installing I was pleasantly surprised. I can let the window down with no problems and let my dog get fresh air. I even went through the automated car wash (with the windows up ofcourse) and didn’t remove the shades with no problem with ripping or tearing. The work great!

I have a special needs child who hates wearing sunglasses, so this item is perfect to protect her eyes and devices from the glare of the sun. I love it because I like to take naps in my car, so it's a great way to keep a breeze going while still able to give you privacy while resting. The fit isn't terribly snug at the top, but it is at the bottom where the elastic makes contact with the door. It's also great if you travel with pets: because you can roll the windows down, you can drive with your pet without fear of them going over the car window and out of a moving vehicle (trust me, it can happen). It is a really great value for the money - don't hesitate, get this today!
