While this yard ornament is very beautiful, it is poorly made. we bought two (2) one of them separated from the stem, neither actually moved in the wind unless the wind was over 15 MPH.

They don’t spin very well. It is humid here & they already look rusty but the instructions don't mention they shouldn't get wet or be in humid areas. They are nice looking just don't spin well. I don’t like having to give a poor review
