For nearly three months, tried to get custom service to help with water back flow when machine stops taking water. When we connect their part to faucet, when, machine starts agitating, water starts overflowing from machine side hose attachment and also on faucet side. Tried connecting with a diverter valve in faucet also . In over 11 states, faucets require aerator which can only be achieved if using diverter valve. Their video is misleading. If one connects the adapter they sent to faucet, faucet is without aerator. One cannot remove faucet aerator, then put their adapter and after use, remove their adapter and put faucet aerator back. it's too much friction. Manual is very sketchy, doesn't provide measurements of the adapter valve We spent Horus at Home Dept and other hardware stores trying to find a ring dapper to their adapter to make it work with diverter valve. spent hours, sent pictures and specs of diverter valve. Customer service says it's not their problem and to return the product. Fact is there are only two standard types of faucets with aerators. And connecting a machine to a bathroom faucet does require aerator by law and a diverter valve brings it up to code. IT"S NOT PLUG AND PLAY.MOST UNSETTLING CUSTOMER SERVICE EAXPERIENCE

Bought this washer several years and really it's the best thing I own. Reliable. Perfect for single person.

Unfortunately, I was unable even to try using it. It did not fit into the space of my rented apartment, and the hose is too short to install the washing machine into another place. We tried to buy some lengthening fittings but nothing fit it. So, it was a waste of money and time.

I purchased this model second hand. My basement stairway is narrow and standard washers are built bigger than they were 20 years ago, so I can't find any models that fit down my basement stairs. Thus, I'm stuck having to purchase these smaller portable models.Pros: This model holds more than it seems it can. I'm actually impressed with how much it holds! I'm washing clothes for 7 people, so I appreciate that it holds quite a bit.The clothes do come out clean. Even though without the agitator it takes longer to do a load, the clothes come out clean and fresh-smelling.It's quiet and doesn't rattle your house to death. It's lightweight. My son and I could maneuver it easily enough. It has lots of options.Cons: I'm never a fan of electrical touch buttons and pads. I'd rather have a good ol' fashioned mechanical knob that lasts 30 years. The lid hinge is mostly plastic and a piece broke on mine. That means the lid wiggles and shifts about, which sometimes puts the cycle in error and I have to push the lid back in place in order for the machine to run.The loads take a long time. I was spoiled with my top loaders with agitators. It didn't take nearly an hour to wash one load. The clothes end up tangled up together in the machine. However, if you are like me and have too narrow of a stairwell or not a whole lot of space and can't put in a full size standard machine, this is a great machine to get. If I can handle laundering clothes for 7 adult-sized people, you won't have a problem using this as your every day machine.I also can do bedding in it! It handles bedding! I put my king size duvet covers in it no problem and king size blankets. The duvets themselves have to go to the laundromat, but 95% of my household bedding fits!

It may be small but let me tell you it washes everything! Don’t forget to clean and empty the lint catcher after each wash!!
