Package says 6 pieces but I have only two in the package. This is my second order the first one has the exact issue. What’s my chances of receiving the same item I return? Others may have better luck but I am 0-2.

I have ordered and used “Magic Rack” products before. These are thinner and include the nine ball rack. Seem to be of good quality.

After about an hr of use the holes lose their shape and can no longer retain a tight rack. These are very very thin which also bend really easily-that’s why there’s six racks to a set

We were having a horrible time trying to get a good rack on our old felt. These magic racks saved the day! I questioned the quality of these because of the lower price, but I've been very pleased.

I love these racks, I have a hard time getting a tight rack with a regular rack, maybe because I have small hands. This gives a perfect rack every time. Unless the balls are smaller than regulation.

The templates are not cut right and will not hold a rack of 10 balls tightly together as they should.
