The return window is to Short on Item !!!, After giving as Gift, it came back to me as Not Working very well for what they need, they were hopping i could return it! , TO LATE!!!... Don't Buy For GIFTS!!! ...BAD productAnother product that will end up in Landfill, so Sad!.. I will take it to Recycle place for Electronics...but we know, Not All Items Are Recycled !!!!!

It has been wonderful keeping my coffee warm in the cold winter mornings. I have had to on most of the day. It has a timer also.

This mug warmer changed the way I start and end my morning routine! It keeps the coffee piping hot and can be lowered in temperature as the amount of coffee in the cup decreases. I usually have 2 cups to start the morning, but thanks to the overall heating of the coffee, it lasts throughout the morning, decreasing my consumption from 2 to 1 cup of coffee. It's EXCELLENT.

The rubber pads should be thicker, unit gets very hot. I keep a silicone pad under unit to protect my night table. It keeps the coffee hot at the temperature you set. Very satisfied with this mug warmer.

I’m a coffee lover, and I take my time sipping it. But here’s the catch: my coffee always gets lukewarm in about 15 minutes. That’s when I have to microwave it, which disrupts my work flow. That’s when I discovered the Maestri House Coffee Mug. It’s a lifesaver! It has multiple temperature settings, so I can keep my coffee just the way I like it. I set it to the hottest setting, which is 176 degrees Fahrenheit. If you’re not a fan of super hot coffee, there are lower settings available. Oh, and it has a timer that you can set yourself or use the default timer of 8 hours. To make the most of this warmer, you’ll need a flat-bottomed mug. I have a set of 4 metal cups that I use for camping, and they work perfectly. If you’re not into camping gear, Amazon has a great selection of nicer-looking mugs.

Functions well.Easy to figure out buttons even before you read the instructions.Keeps my coffee cup nice and warm.I don't understand why they recommend not to use porcelain mugs when 90% of coffee mugs are porcelain.I us my porcelain mug. It is working fine. I just don't try to keep my coffee boiling hot.I am very satisfied with this warmer.

I do like that it is corded and not usb cable. Heats up quickly. The heat settings start at 104, 113, 122, 131, 140, 149, 158, 167, 176. I had my tea on at 176. I bought two because the price was affordable. So I have one in my living room and the other on my desk. My tea doesn’t “burn” like it does if I put it in a metal mug. You can also set the timer, so if you walk away from it for an hour or more, it’s still nice and hot. I would be extremely careful if you have children. It’s easy to turn on and could burn their skin. I always unplug it when not in use because we have dogs and I worry they could knock it off the end table and could also burn them. Overall it does work well and looks nice.

I am upgrading my existing warmer with this unit. This has a lot more flexibility than my old one did. I like the ability to select as long a timer as you want, up to 12 hours in 1 hour increments, plus the 9 different temperature settings are great. The temperature setting is in degrees Fahrenheit only unfortunately.One of the best features of this warmer compared to my old one is the length of the cord. I have a fairly large desk and with my old warmer the cord was just a little too short. This warmers cord is nearly 12 inches longer which is much better for my setup.The warmer heats up quickly and does a good job of transferring heat to the cup. A flat bottom mug definitely works the best. The wood grain print adds a bit of interest to the over all design, rather than just a solid color, typically black. The manual is well written and very easy to follow, but likely not needed as the controls on the warmer are very straightforward and easy to use.I do have two issues with this design. First, if you do not set a timer, it defaults to 8 hours before it will automatically shutoff. I feel this is too long, and half that would be sufficient. The second improvement I would like to see is a memory for the temperature setting. There is a default for this as well when it is powered on of 131 oF. It would be nice if the warmer would remain set at the temperature it was last used at when it shut off. You have to scroll up or down through the temperatures to the one you prefer with every use.This is a flexible coffee warmer that allows you quite a bit of control over its function, and is reasonably priced. There are a couple of issues I think that could be improved on, but I am happy with how this performs and recommend this product.

I’m a coffee lover and this warmer is just what I needed to keep the coffee temperature just right. Easy to set up and adjust the temperature and time range with the touch controls. Mug warmer user’s manual is very informative. Attractive appliance. Very satisfied In the three days I’ve had this warmer, I’m counting on it lasting for ever.One thing I would like is a longer power cord.

Have been using this for a couple of months with no issues. I love my tea piping hot and this does a great job of keeping it hot!Note - flat bottomed mug works best, mug gets very hot on the bottom, hot enough to burn.Wish it came with a silicone cap or something to cover it when it's cooling down. I've learned to move it off my desk to avoid burning myself.
