Been using the bag for a few weeks now and it's a great lunch bag. Only issues that I'm facing is the zipper gets snagged and is sometimes hard to use. Other then that, the bag is heavy so it's starting to fold a little in on itself. But it keeps the food cold, the size fits even the big frozen meals. So pretty happy over all!

I've owned many softsided lunch bags over the years, this one is hands down the best. It's perfectly designed, durable, easy to carry & large enough for all my heavy glass storage containers (my wife packs it likes it's my last meal 😁). You won't be disappointed, buy this one. Hope they change nothing and continue making it.

My granddaughter who is 9 takes her lunch to school and she take a lot. She like cold water so there is a thermos,. She wants pizza lunchables and cookies. I got her this as her lunchbox would not hold everything. It is big enough for all this and I can put a freezer block to keep everything cold. She loves it and I do as well.

I was in between getting a hard shell lunch box or this, I wanted sturdy. I’m so happy i got this one. I travel from place to place during the work day. This has enough compartments to organize warm and cold storage as well as little compartments for other items. Zipper works well, i’ve been using weekdays for the last three weeks and it’s all held up well.

Es un articulo bastante útil si quieres llevar muchas cosas contigo a todos lados. Tiene una excelente capacidad para llevar tus cosas. Lo ocupo para el trabajo, llevo mi comida y algunos termos conmigo (agua y café).Los materiales se ven bien, es la primera lonchera que compro así que realmente no puedo decirte si es la mejor calidad que he visto, pero funciona. El material que tiene dentro te ayuda a que no se calienten tan fácilmente y si tienes placas de gel para enfriar los alimentos te ayudara mucho mas. Yo utilizo dos y facilmente me duran 5 hrs y las placas estan a medio descongelar cuando es mi hora de comida.Así que si buscas guardar varias cosas, es una buena opcion.Lo único negativo que le veo es que tiene argollas de plástico, se ve resistente y hasta ahora no he tenido problemas, pero en otras mochilas que han tenido la misma característica se rompen con el tiempo (si, como todo), pero es feo que se rompa cuando estés apurado, eso y la correa, la cual compre una externa, pero fue para mas comodidad que nada, ya que suelo caminar grandes distancias y mi hombro termina muy cansado por lo mismo.

I ordered a 23L bag, I received a 18L bag. Also there is NO way that is a 18L bag, would NOT hold everything like they said, even without ice packs.Truly beautiful color, and looks well made, but I'm not into getting ripped off on size and price, so be careful.

I have long work days so sometimes I need to pack enough food and snacks to last me from 8am-8pm and this really has so much room for me to comfortably fit a variety of food items and containers. I have freezer packs and everything stays cold all day, no leaks, and if something does spill it’s an easy wipe with a cloth. Worth the purchase for me I love it!

I can fit so much food in this bag! My ice packs stay frozen and the food stays cold. Its easy to clean and very durable. It does leak if liquids get inside, but it's very easy to clean. The zippers tend to catch on the insulation around the corners. Overall, it's great despite the minor issues!

I waited to post a review on this until I had used it a few times. I can honestly say it is worth the investment. My son will probably steal this and use it as his everyday carry now that football practice is back in full swing and he is out of the house from 8 until 6 most days.As you can see from the pictures there is plenty of space! I had 12 sodas and a bagged salad for a BYOB picnic at a friend's house and still had room to spare. I used a couple of ice packs instead of filling it with ice since we weren't going to be out long. In my previous outing, I loaded it up with ice and it kept my beverages chilled for our three-day camping excursion. That left the big cooler open for food, as we were planning two meals for 10 people.The added pockets/compartments were nice, as it has ample room for napkins, utensils, etc. As a bonus, we used one of the side compartments to keep our phones out of the sun, and they naturally stayed cooler next to the ice.The 18-liter bag would be excellent for a picnic gathering or a day away at the beach. It has held up well so far, I've only used it a few times, but have nothing to complain about in terms of durability. The only negative (this could be seen as a positive to some), is that it is soft and collapsible versus being a bit more rigid. I see this as a benefit though, but I know others may prefer something with a bit more structure.I'll post back with updates as it gets used more frequently by my son.
