Hannah was welding on the top side, but not on the bottom side when you push heavily down on the handle in Flagstaff, the top weld and will break off I had to weld the bottom half to keep it in shape some of the welds on the base with shotty poorly done

Heavy made and does a beautiful job of making tortillas. It appears to be made to last so I look forward to using it for years.

I purchased this product for my parents, my mother has some health issues and I figured I would try to help make It easier for her. Upon arrival this tortilla press would not close all the way, which means it would not press the dough to form a tortilla, I contacted the seller and they never responded. I reached out to the seller a second and finally received a response after 3 weeks, by that time my parents got tired of it taking up space while waiting for the seller to respond and they threw it out. When the seller finally reached out they stated they had a family emergency and would get to me In a few days. During the only conversation I had with the seller I advised them that my parents threw it away because it took up a lot of space and they responded with "I doubt Amazon told you to throw it out, it doesn't even take up that much room." This seller has no idea how my parents live and should not have been so rude, my parents live in a tiny R.V. so it does take up a ton of space. After approximately 2.5 months of waiting I was denied a refund. Poor quality, poor customer service, and poor storefront.

I have wanted a metal press for yrs. This is just what I needed. Has a large 12 in square base. Perfect for making large tortillas or huraches. It doesn't slide around on my counter top. I'm sure I'll be using it for many yrs to come.
