Works well. 4 pod holders you can carry an aluminum tank on the back but not a 68cu in carbon tank to fat. Oh yeah helps with the body shots for sure except the sides

I bought the vest to be able to keep weight off my hips and be able to run. The storage is incredible with pockets everywhere. I am able to store 4 pods, a couple of microfibers, and a bottle of water comfortably. My only gripe is that it isn't conducive for fast reloading. Yes, the quick straps are great for getting pods out, but I feel like I'm fumbling a lot to get them back in.

I bought this vest hoping for more protection than pockets. I recall reading another review about it being a good "Nerf vest." I didn't understand what that meant at the time, but now realize it's because it won't protect you from feeling the sting. I realize when the pockets have things in them that will help your stomach. But most of the back and shoulders are vulnerable. Paintball vest fail. I'm returning this. (Sidd note, I also returned the helmet pictured, as it was Way too small for an adult.

Wasn't sure if this would be a good Nerf vest. I was surprised. You can fit four 18 rd Nerf mags, one for each pod pouch. I actually use the three for my Nerf mags, and one for my Nerf Sharpfire. The Nerf mags are snug, and not loose in the pod pouches. There is a spare pouch that is removable on the back neck area, and an extra zip compartment on the back. I have not tested it in the field, but it should work. Co2 inserts on the outside, and on the inside of one of the chest pouches. Can attach velcro patches too. Really like it.

Doesn't fit my paintball pods. My air tank is loose on the back. Not too much protection but I still love it.
