I am very happy about this purchase. Got 4 same length macrame hangers that are well made and that can accomodate my 6" or 8" pots, for a great price!I prefer to have a metal ring at the top for hanging, but it is not a deal breaker.

these plant hangers are nice looking and do their job nicely. they can accommodate a variety of pot sizes and are easy to put the plants into. i had to cut the tassle hanging down because my cats were messing with it, but they still look good!

Update: 09/09/24 I amended my review from 2 stars to 5 because the company reached out to me to try and make it right. They agreed to put in the description that these holders are better for plants 6" or smaller. The company offered me a full refund and said to keep the product. I can't ask for anything more at this point. So I thought it only fair to update anyone who might read my review and decide against them unfairly. Small plants 6" and under will be fine in them inside. They are cute but if you have cats, watch out... they love the strings hanging down. Oh and toddlers... so just be aware of where you hang them.I had bought some before I got these that I'd fell in love with because they were so easy to use and extremely stable, so ignorant me just assumed that all would be pretty much of such quality and as easy to use... I can assure you that I couldn't have been more wrong. I have had these for a month because they were so intimidating to even try and now the only reason my plants are still in there is I'm waiting on my new ones to get here that I should have gotten in the first place but thought how difficult could it be getting them to work... they are awful and more poor plants look crazy and lopsided in them. If your comfortable with these then I applaud you but I definitely wish i hadn't spent my money on these. They are not stable in my opinion and if my plants were outdoors I definitely would not even have them up, a good wind would have them in my neighbors yard if the neighborhood cat's didn't take them out first trying to get the strings. You tear your plants up trying to get them in and out of them. I've only used 2 and plan to cut my plants out so I don't totally ruin them anymore than I did getting them in there. They are worth far more to me than some twine tied in a few knots. Look at the pics, the long tails are the bad ones, the others without the tails are IMO the very best to use and offers way more stability and the price is not much different. These might be fine for succulents or smaller little 2"-5" pots but the ones in my pics are 7"-8" pots and they can't handle it without distorting the tray undeneath. My others have no problems with it, even my smallest one as seen in the pics. I did a literal side by side comparison. If you have cats, these are going to definitely get messy with plants, so thats another issue and entirely my own fault for not thinking about before buying...they are very lightweight, the twine woven hook at the top is the most secure thing about it. I prefer the metal O ring of the other kind but again it's about personal preference. The hooks were nice. The plasic wall anchor things are a joke. I threw them out. I do appreciate they had no smell or weird issues like that. I still have 2 left I'm going to donate to someone who takes them knowing their issues or I'll make cat toys out of them, they are the perfect size for it...I rarely give a review like this but with a redesign of the bottom like in my last pic, to add a little stability it would probably fix most of the problem with this hanger. My pots aren't unreasonably big so they should look beautiful in there and instead look lopsided... I really wanted to like these, so if the seller sees this please look at fixing this and they'll be perfect.

I'm not a professional decorator by any stretch of the imagination. One of the no-no's I've heard of is to not have any plants in the house. Been breaking that rule since day one in this house. When I decided to remedy the situation, I did my usual haphazard job of it by ordering four Pothos in small pots. It wasn't until they arrived that I realized that in order to keep my cat out of them, I would have to hang them high up. Sigh. Found these four macrame hangers and immediately knew they were the ones I needed. They're simply designed, easily hung, the neutral color goes with everything, and perfectly fit the pots the Pothos came in. My beginner decorator's heart is happy!

Good quality for the price. If you have a long ivy type plant (I have a pothos), be careful when threading the vines through the sections of the holder. It can be a bit precarious, and I broke a couple of leaves trying to get them through. If you have a shorter plant, these are perfect. They are cute though and good quality.
