Our trampoline got a tear in it from kids and dogs playing with it. Replaced the mat which was easy. Great unit, higher jumps, happy kids.

We love our trampoline, originally bought for my son at around age 5! He’s 21 now and it finally gave out and split down the middle. I didn’t expect putting the replacement mat on would be easy, and it wasn’t but we managed. We thought we had the tool, but realized we didn’t. We used the claw of a hammer to pull and then the second person connected the spring. It was a workout, but we got it done! We did it over a few days, and I think that was the trick because the mat stretched a bit each day.

We ordered this as a replacement for our 3 year old mat that had rusted. It’s a great product and fits our 12 foot trampoline great. Follow the directions and you will have no issues setting it up. I wish it came with a spring tool, ours broke halfway through and I had to improvise and use the extra springs to get the rest done. Great value for the money!

Update 10/2022;This mat didn't even last a full year. After 8 months the fabric straps with the rings that the springs attach to started ripping. Within a month and a half 1/3 of them had broke and the trampoline was no longer usable. I contacted customer support and they said my warranty claim was accepted and that they would send a replacement when they got them in stock. It has now been 2 months and I still have not received a replacement. What good is a warranty if the company doesn't uphold their promise and send the replacement.Original Review; The mat is would be a fantastic replacement for our worn out trampoline mat if it had arrived in better condition. It ships in it's own box so be careful to inspect it well. Ours arrived with the box completely crushed and split open along one edge and a huge gouge in the center. The mat had some wear like rub marks and a small amount of fraying where it was exposed through the beat up box. Still haven't gotten a response from Amazon or the manufacturer on a replacment or refund so customer service isn't great either. However I do feel like if it had survived the shipping it would have been a great mat. It definitely seems like strong durable material and the straps and rings that hook to the trampoline frame are well attached to the mat.

I was a little hesitant about buying this mat due to complaints about the sag and due to how fast it wears out. I've only had it installed for a day, so I can't comment about the mat's lifetime. What I can say is that I ordered this mat for a 14' Jumpking trampoline frame with 88 holes and 7 inch springs. The frame is about 14 years old, but its been about 8 years since we used the trampoline and I wanted my daughter (who just turned 6) to be able to use it. We ordered the mat on a Saturday, and with Prime shipping, it arrived on Monday... that was impressive. The size was perfect and installation was fairly easy. It did not come with instructions but I did remember how to do it from when I bought the trampoline originally. You start with one ring, and then work your way to the other side of the trampoline, counting the rings and springs as you go, until you get to the opposite side, then connect that ring. Now go quarter way around and connect another, and once again to the opposite side and connect a ring there. You should now have a ring at 3, 6, 9, and 12 o'clock positions. Now just make your way around the trampoline, connecting one ring between each two rings that are currently connected. Do that until you are finished. If you have a little arm strength (I'm a 150 pound male), you wont need a spring tool to connect the rings.Once the Mat was installed and I got the outer pad attached (sold separately), I let my daughter jump around. No problem for her. I got up after she did and bounced around a bit. As other reviewers have noted, the bounce seems a little... squishy? Maybe its because I haven't bounced for a while but it just felt like I was falling into the mat a bit longer than what I remembered before bouncing back up again. I also notice the indentations where the last foot landed on the mat once I got off, as if the material stretched out a little bit but didn't stretch fully back right away. I think other reviewers are correct when they say that this mat isn't as tight as others.I'm a little bit fearful that the mat will not hold up to the elements, but as it is my first day using it, it looks good for now. If it wears out in a year or so, I'll update this review.

This fit our 15' frame perfectly and seems to be same quality as the original pad. Fast shipping too. Only thing I noticed is it appears to be a tighter weave than the original as it collects more water when the sprinklers are on. Water drains through fine, just takes longer. Not really a pro or a con, just different. Price sure was right...I think we've replaced everything on our trampoline now and it still gets used almost daily...going on 5 years!UPDATE: 12/5/14 Pad lasted about 3 years in the hot Arizona heat (though the springs and d-rings were covered with a pad at all times). The spring mounts finally started tearing and we were losing springs so figured it was time to replace. Ordered the exact same pad (along with another new safety net, same brand) and am just as happy. I love that I can get parts and replace parts as they wear instead of replacing the whole thing. New pad has printing on it in the center that says "Upper Bounce", which is fine with me...I actually prefer some sort of marking in the middle. Water still pools on it like before, but on the old one it had stopped pooling, so must just be due to tight fibers on a new pad. Still happy with it and will buy again in 3-4 years. Kids are back to jumping. We must be on 8 years with this trampoline now and still gets used like crazy. Money well spent.
