Item clearly said you were purchasing 12 baseballs. When I received the item it was only one baseball. I paid $20 for one baseball.

As a coach-pitch coach, I have tried seemingly every brand of safety ball. Many are too soft. Others burst apart after only a few hits. Some don't pop off the bat. But these are absolutely perfect. They are firm like a real baseball, but definitely have more give, making them much safer. They are made with high quality materials and are very well constructed. And these explode off the bat. I cannot recommend these enough. We will never try another brand.

I really like these for kids who are 8-10. The leather is great, and the seams are great. Hard balls are really hard, and the RIF 5 balls (which are much more common) are fine to throw with, but terrible to hit with. Kids really whack a level 5 ball, and it still goes nowhere. This ball comes off the bat similar to a real ball, and bounces like a real ball, but has a bit of softness to it. The level 5 balls are rubber, so bounce funny. You don't want to take one of these off the nose, but you would rather take one of these off the finger than a hard ball. At under $40 a dozen, the price is right. Rawlings makes a similar ball that I have seen for something like $100 a dozen.

Delivery was fast and quality is good. I thought they would be a little softer. I might try the next level down also.

Way too hard, not like the older ones of the same level that were designed to be used inside. They make marks on the gym floors.

I needed to buy more baseballs for my little league team (ages 7 & 8). These proved to be perfect. Very durable; they will last!
