Ordered this for my 6’3” tall husband to use in his car, but he felt like it pushed on his calves rather than providing support under his knees. It protruded too far out from the seat to work in the car. We tried it on his desk chair next, and it didn’t provide any support under his knees when his feet were flat on the floor. Third attempt was on our living room recliner, and he does like the way it feels there so it will get some use.I removed the metal clips from the front elastic bands to avoid puncturing my leather recliner. The backside elastic band is tight but sufficiently long to adjust around a car seat or office chair; however, it was not long enough to clip around the back of the recliner.Cushion thickness is OK, nothing special. The black PVC top side is waterproof, so any messes made while eating in front of the TV will be easy to clean up.I don’t think this is a particularly good value at $30 nor is there anything particularly special about the quality or cushion thickness, so I would not personally order it again. I’ve been using the MABOZOO Seat Extender Cushion with Leg Support in my office chair, and it has greatly improved my comfort during long workdays. The cushion serves as a booster, providing much-needed lift and support under my thighs and knees, especially since I spend four days a week seated for extended hours.The cover is made from faux leather, which adds a nice touch of elegance, and it features anti-slip dots underneath to keep it securely in place. I appreciate the thoughtful design, including the zipper that opens on three sides, making it easy to insert the foam cushion.One of the standout features is the adjustable straps. Although my office chair doesn’t have a suitable anchor for the strap designed to loop under the front, the buckle strap for the back helps keep the cushion in position. However, the cushion does extend a bit more than expected at the front, which occasionally causes me to inadvertently sit on the edge of both the chair and cushion. It's essential to be mindful and adjust my seating to avoid any mishaps, but this is a minor inconvenience compared to the added comfort.Overall, the MABOZOO Seat Extender Cushion has revitalized my sagging chair cushion and provided much-appreciated support. I give it 4 out of 5 stars, as you have to be careful of its extra length and chance of mishap, but I value its substantial comfort benefits.

Edited to add: Today 2/15/2025 I tried this for a 2 hour round trip as a passenger-with sciatica.THIS is where this seat shines & I totally 'get it' now. This made the not exactly bucket seats in the Tacoma feel WONDERFUL-almost recliner-like-that knee roll really does something-as a shorter driver it didn't work for me, I had to sit away from the seat back to get proper footing for pedals-BUT-as a passenger-this is by far my favorite seat cushion-No figeting, no repositioning, plus I was able to enjoy the ride for a change. A 2 hour round trip can put me out of commission for a day or two. Today is the 1st time I've gotten out of that truck without pain in 2 years. Total WIN for short *passengers-especially if you have sciatica*-it just does something that aligns & supports- it's that roll under the knees-you don't get that shooting pain from sitting for hours. So glad I gave it another try, now I am going to try it a few more places because I have other seats at home that this may work on-I can't comfortably sit on 1/2 of my furniture when it flares up-I never would have thought a roll of support under my knees would affect sciatica in a good way-but I'm here tellin you it does.OLD confused review: The quality is pretty good as far as the cover & the foam. The elastic bands seem barely enough though, stretched to the max, they could allow a bit more.It seems like the depth, which is 21 inches, & that little roll at the end would work better for taller people, with longer legs, who need additional support under their knees. I am 5'1". This seat shape while has the effect of moving me too far forward. Meaning my back is not in contact with the seat back.It feels like something is missing, like this is only 1 part of a set.Then I looked at it again-the shape actually allows it to be easily used as a back support, so I tried that. This would, in my opinion, for my size actually work better as a back spacer, in tandem with a seat cushion.I gave 4 stars for the quality, & took 1 star off because the design, it's too deep with that roll under the knees for a bottom cushion for a shorter person, it forces a short person to move forward away from the seat back.It does however work well specifically for a seat back.
