These loop or thimbles are a must have when you have to terminate a wire rope at one end to fit a carabiner or turnbuckle. Without these, the rope would be brittle from constant rubbing. No problems with these as they are the right size for my ropes.

These cable liners worked great for my shade sail cables. The manufacturing is good and the material suitable for protecting the cable.

This is a package of 12 pieces of M12 wire rope thimble. They are made with 304 stainless steel and designed to accommodate 7/16 to 1/2 inch diameter wire ropes. I use this size wire rope around the house for various things and like these thimble because they keep the stress from wearing down The Wire. These are strong and well made, excellent thimble!

Review of M2. Well milled with no burrs or other sharp edges. Fits paracord nicely, though the M3 might be a better choice for 550. All in all solid product for the price.

Great fit for 1/8 inch wire rope. There seems to be more room available, so you might be able to fit 3/16-1/4 inch wire rope if you really are in a pinch. Material seems well made and sturdy and I'm sure these will work just fine for keeping wire rope end loops from fraying due to movement.

These wire rope thimbles are large enough to accommodate 1/4” ropes, all well made with no burrs or any other manufacturing remnants. The main thing, the surfaces that come in contact with the wire rope are smooth with no abrasion. Cannot tell about rust resistance at this time, I can only trust these are made of good stainless steel.
