I got these to replace screws in electrical outlets. The existing were too short when I added spacers to the socket to bring the socket up flush with the wall. The sheetrockers set the outlets too deep which was an issue for the wallplate. These screws are perfect for this and as a bonus, they are stainless steel. Some of my old screws were rusting, especially the ones in external walls where they are subjected to heat and cold which creates condensation and then inevitably rust. These solve the problem.

I ordered these for something specific in a size that my hardware store did not have at the time. Unfortunately, I misjudged the size needed and these are too small. However, that is on me. They are nice and shiny and should hold up in weather as they are stainless steel. That remains to be seen though.

Honest stainless and nonmagnetic to prove it. These should work fine for 3d printing support and the like where you need just over an inch long screw and don't want to deal with allen keys.Edit: got the extra long version at 65mm too. They work every bit as well as the 30mm
