I was very excited to receive this and it worked very well when we tested it and for 3 days thereafter. By the end of the third day it was significantly translating incorrectly. Your environment needs to be almost perfect for these to be in the 90% range of correct communication and translation. I do not recommend these for music at all. I also noticed that the software that is used is also used by several including Samsung and Google on their earbuds.

I've had the good fortune to travel quite widely, and I've been doing trips to Asia lately. I've been using Google Translate but wanted something a little more on the spot. These earbuds are great. I wouldn't say the translation is instantaneous, but it does do a really good job of bridging the language gap. In order to use them you need to download an app, but I'm happy to report that is not very intrusive in terms of asking for permissions.Starwise, they look great, and I really love the sliding case cover. You can also use them for listening to music if you wish.As the product description states, there are three different modes you can use. I love that flexibility because for example with Google Translate you really are stuck with passing the phone back and forth to the person you want to communicate with. Of course there's a slight lag with the translation but it just requires explanation to the conversation partner, who will need to accommodate for the pauses.Each of those modes have its own benefits and detriments, but it's good to have options. Having the offline translation feature is a huge plus, I particularly like that one. However you should know that the language option in that mode is limited and you can opt in for a price, to have access to a broader range.In terms of accuracy, as with any other translation method, there are some glitches and slight inaccuracies. But overall this is an impressive device and I love the compact nature of it. It also comes with a neat little cleaning tool, which is a nice bonus.

Headphones work really well. The accuracy obviously isn’t gonna be 100% but for the most part it translates pretty accurate. The only thing is if there is a lot of noise around, it might be off.. really easy to set up. Do not need to be a tech Wizard.

This is an incredible piece of technology that I wish I had had sooner.This requires an app that makes the item useable in a few ways, but I used these two the most:1) touch mode (very spy like) - where you each touch the earphones before you talk to note that it is about to start being used.2) speaker mode - where you talk into the app on a phone, also useful because you can read the translation rather than just relying on the ear piece.It also has free talk mode, offline mode, and photo translation options.I truly wish we had this item back when my grandmother was alive and suffering from dementia - she reverted back only to her mother tongue (Estonian) which is an available language on this app. I think this item would be INCREDIBLY useful for people who are facing a similar situation if your own language skills are not quite up to par with the other person.As it works best when both people use the earphones I think it's fairly ideal for situations like that - where you know and are very familiar with the other person, rather than switching the earphones around from person to person.The Free Talk Mode works without having the earphone on, but it doesn't work quite as well, and the speaker mode also works without the earphone, but then the other person can't hear you in their language, you can only understand what they are saying.I was extremely impressed by the accuracy of this item as well as the languages available. I primarily used it for Estonian, which was incredibly accurate, and a little bit of French. I will be keeping this item with me where ever I go from here on out.It's phenomenal.

Bought these headphones for my husband as a Christmas present. He said the headphones were really nice and had a really good sound quality, he also liked the translation features on the app, but as far as the translation of speech to the actual headphones it kept saying device not compatible. His phone is an iPhone 12, I’m not sure if it would have different results using an android but I was a disappointed they didn’t work because he was super excited. We tried reaching out to customer service but never heard anything back from them so sadly we had to return the headphones

The sound quality is awfu, dólar tree headphones have better sound quality 💀💀 and the app is bad I try to set them up a couple times and they connect to the phone but no to the app so I couldn’t get it to work And I read the manual and everything this product have many flaws I don’t recommend this product.

The only reason I bought these was for the offline translation, which doesn't work no matter what I try. I was able to use the included redemption code to download the languages. When i try to use it, it acts like it's working but never translates anything.Without offline mode these are no better than using Microsoft or Google translator for free with your normal headphones. Don't waste your money.

I got these language translator earbuds for my husband, where interacting with international clients is a regular part of my day. They have made a significant difference in easing communication barriers. The sleek white design gives them a professional yet stylish look, and I appreciate that they are easy to wear and comfortable throughout meetings ,The real-time translation has made him work much more efficient, he’s is lovely it.

I love these headphones!They are very helpful for me translating coaching conversations with Spanish speaking leaders on my team. The ability to swap down to the Spanish Dialect is great as well!I will note that the translation system doesn't do well for large group settings. It cannot differentiate between different voices very well and thinks the same person is speaking which leads to a nonsensical sentence translation. But for 1 on 1 translation between two people, these headphones have not yet let me down! I have and will continue to recommend them to everyone working in a multi-cultural workspace!P.S The photo translation piece of the app is also great. When a Spanish speaking team member writes a note, hand written, in spanish, the system snaps a photo and instantly replaces the words on the page with my selected language. AMAZING!
