Keyboard stopped on and off button not working. microphone plug-in broke after first try. Need to return item. Please advise ASAP. Purchase for Christmas. I would not have given one star but I had to put a star in.Need authorization to return product to purchase another piano. My granddaughter is extremely upset that this broke on the very first time we opened the box and used it.On and off key will not work the piano cannot be used without the on and off key working.

DO NOT BUY! This didn’t work on battery power or plugged in, from the time it came out of the box. This was given as a Christmas gift to my nephew and I am very disappointed it came broken. There is no option for a refund or replacement item unless I send this one back and it was given away as a Christmas present, ideally a replacement product should be shipped when an item is defective, once a working replacement is sent I will gladly send back the defective item. The seller has not been responsive to messages. Don’t waste your money!

It's been a year since I got this for my daughter. It still works, however, the little Trey/sheet holder or whatever it's called is not very stabl. It broke off on the first or second week of using it, but overall, it's a good product, plenty of pre-programme music.They should really? Work on the little sheet, music placeholder thing though.

I love that my granddaughter is becoming a super star. She plays and sings while recording then plays it back so proudly. Perfect for little ones. With volume control and plug in it battery ability. Love it.

The sound is quite sharp and crisp, sound can be controlled as there is has volume control buttons. Good quality plastic. my kid loved it

It is small, but ok for 3-4 year old. Nothing new from what we bought in the 90's except for the funky colours. it is only battery operated; (no USB cable like others); the children will leave it on when they are done. It did not come with an instruction booklet.

We've been buying little keyboards now for about 30 years for our rock & roll, children's music showsThe quality of keyboards has gone way done while the quantity has gone way upI guess these would be okay for a toddler at home to play around with, but if you want a true keyboard with good sound and quality you need a Casio brand or Yamaha. They work for our shows, but we also have Casio's for the older kids to use

本体にイヤホン端子がないので、外部スピーカーを接続できませんが、本体に付属のスピーカーは小型ながら、音質もよく、音量もあるので、外部スピーカーを使用する必要がありませんでした。 本体の入出力端子は「MIC」のマイク入力端子と「DC4.8V」の 3.5mm センターが＋ の電源入力用端子 だけです。USB （オス）⇔ 直径 3.5mm （オス）のコードで、電源がとれました。通常は、本体に、単3電池4本（充電電池OK）を使用しています。 この「電子キーボード 37鍵盤」は大きさが、パソコンのキーボードと同じくらいの大きさに、3オクターブの鍵盤を詰め込んであるので、鍵盤の幅は小さめにできています。疑似音が12種、組み込まれていますが、「ピアノ」と「MusicBox」･･･フルート、口笛 ？ のような電子音･･･のみを使っています。 iPhone には「GarageBand」というピアノ鍵盤アプリが標準であるので、これを使用していますが、表示部が2オクターブで鍵盤幅が極端に狭いので、使いづらいこともあって、「電子キーボード 37鍵盤」も使うことにしました。デスクの上では、パソコンとか書類が多いので、この小さな電子楽器を、演奏するというより、曲の確認とか音の確認、作曲などに使っています。

すぐに届きました。幼稚園でピアノを習わせていて、まだ本格的なものより、鍵盤に慣れて欲しいという事で購入しました。届いてみると、2千円ちょっとで、コスパ良いと思います。まず、ピアノの音色が良いです。他にも音色が変えられるのですが、やはりピアノの音が良いのが1番だと思いました。子供が使いやすいサイズで自分で持ち運べるので、用意も自分でできます。電源は単三電池4本なので、コードを使わず、それも子供が扱いやすいです。謎の柄が入っていますが（笑）子供用なので気になりません。日本語の取り扱い説明書がありますが、簡単に買いてあるので意味がわからない所もありますが、電源を入れてピアノの音がすれば十分だと思いました。黒鍵が、少し固めの弾き心地で、指圧が弱い幼稚園児が指先の訓練するには逆に良いのかも、と思います。
