TIPS
- 1. It must be securely fixed on the device, bracket, wall or ground before using.
- 2. Confirm each connection position is firm which from the water inlet of pressure washer to the outlet of the gun before start working.
- 3. Please make sure the pressure value of your pressure washer hose is lower than 4000psi to avoid damaging to the reel.
- 4.As the hose reel is heavy, try not to install it vertically to prevent the pressure washer from tilting due to insufficient weight.
- 5.You can use the 90 Degree Adapter(connect to the rotary coupler)to reduce the bending of your hose.
- 6. If your pressure washer hose is 3/8”Male NPT fitting, please connect it to hose directly.
- 7. If your pressure washer hose has M22 14mm fitting, please connect the adapter (3/8” Male NPT to M22 14mm Male) to the rotary coupler. Then connect it to hose.
- 8. If your pressure washer hose has 3/8" quick connect, you need a 3/8" quick connect to 3/8" male NPT. Then connect it to hose.

First and foremost there is no website for m mingle therefor NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR WARRANTY! Absolute junk leaks from where the connector is by the handle, from the thing that comes through the hole in the middle this piece isn’t something that has an O ring or anything it’s just poorly welded cheaply manufactured JUNK! Do not purchase this at all! Waste of money

Purchased for my at-home-car-wash station. Easy to mount and set up. Like the locking feature so the hose doesn't unwind by itself.

This high pressure hose reel is well designed. Easy to assemble it even included a 3pc set of wrenches which I did not need, but maybe some do. It is sturdy and can be mounted to a wall if you have lag bolts. I have 150 feet of hose but it could easily hold more. The lock-stop spin is easy to use. Generous length of whip-hookup hose with some fittings preassembled. No sharp edges. I had a small issue with mine but the seller was PROMPT and helped resolved it very quickly. VERY good about communication with me. You should be able to get this assembled and working for you in about 20 minutes.

This hose reel definitely is not the nicest one out there but for the price point I would say its a great deal. It assembles easily and has all of the features standard for these kinds of reels such as the hand crank, locking pin to prevent unwanted movement, and nice brass fittings which are all 3/4” thread for a standard garden hose or pressure washing application. I only have two main complaints with this reel but both can be easily solved without much hassle. One, the swivel style fitting assembly for the reel uses a tension based retainer clip, the issue is it does not supply enough tension to stay fastened permanently and often pops off, this can he fixed by simply sliding in a cotter pin or hitch pin as opposed to the retainer provided. Second, all of the fittings supplied come put together with a poor quality thread sealant which hardens over time, eventually all of the fittings end up leaking, this can also be fixed by taking them apart before the install and applying some quality thread sealant that does not harden, teflon tape should work as well if you prefer. Overall, it is a nice unit for the price range, and its all steel rather than aluminum which gives the unit a little more rigidity when rolling and unrolling the hose line from the reel.

I pressure wash for a living and purchased this reel to replace an old one that finally gave out. I don't normally run my pressure washer hose through the reel as this can damage the reel and the hose because when more than two rows of hose are wrapped around the reel and the pressure washer is being run, the pressure can cause the hose to swell and can crush the reel like a boa constrictor which also damages the hose as well. I just strip off what I need and connect it to the machine. My machine is trailer mounted and is parked on the street when I do residentials. 99% of the time, I use 200 feet of hose. I only use single wire hose because it is more flexible when I'm working around furniture on decks and cheaper than double wire and this allows me to fit 200 feet of hose on this reel since single wire hose is a little thinner than double wire hose. Another reason I don't run the hose through the reel, is because the hose they supplied the reel was mounted to a 90 degree (right angle) fitting and a right angle fitting can reduce flow by up to 25% and this is significant when you use long hoses. Water flow is just as important as water pressure, so I don't have any bends in my hoses. As a bonus, I saved the hose they sent with the reel for my surface cleaner because it won't be long before I'll need to replace that hose too, which if purchased separately would be about $30 - $40. So, to me, the extra hose reduced my reel cost to $95.I will be purchasing another one of these reels for another machine and I'd recommend this product to anyone needing a high pressure hose reel. Only took about 15 minutes to assemble without the "thru hose" and about 15 minutes to drill the holes to mount it on my trailer.

Nice overall design, but poor execution. There is a 3/8" 90 female fitting that you must attach your washer hose to through a cutout in the reel wall. On my unit, the 90 is facing the opposite direction from being able to use the provided hose clamp to create a loop. What's more, if the 90 could be rotated towards the cutout, there would be no need to run a big loop on the outside of the reel which will hit your arm when turning the handle. I put a crescent wrench on the 90 and it won't budge. I heated it up and it still won't move. So I'm stuck with a circus looptiloop or multiple 90s that will reduce flow. Instead of gluing on a 90, the manufacturer should include a couple of 45 degree street 3/8" npt angles with teflon tape and #5 pipe dope. There also needs to be a 3/8" female quick connect to 3/8" male npt thread. The only included connector is the older style m22 which is less preferred to quick connects. Another option would have been for the manufacturer to provide a short piece of hose with a quick connect on one end so you aren't forced to radically bend an expensive longer hose and it can easily be disconnected for separate use.

We often get plumbing problems. Our manual auger broke so i ordered this. We went to the hardware store to purchase a part to connect this hose to our gas powered pressure washer. My husband said it was not study enough and was second guessing this hose once our pressure washer was turned on the hose got so stiff and hard and broke threw the clog. Best invention ever.
