iPad Pro 12.9 with damaged screen from trying to use contact cleaner to fix charging port. Liquid damaged screen so I had them replace my screen and for an additional $95.00 they replaced my charging port and battery. Screen works perfectly and looks brand new. Charging port now transfers data and charging as it should. Battery is fine. They included a free screen protector and didnât attach it which I preferred so I could see how well the screen was working. I choose not to install the screen protector my personal preference. They also included a free charging cable. I definitely recommend this service and the pricing was reasonable. Hopefully I will not need to use them in the future but I would not hesitate to use them again if necessary. Excellent communication with photos and video of the repair before they shipped it back. I was also able to request my preferred return shipping method.

The repair was successful and performed well. I'm very happy with the result.I would definitely recommend this service. Lenwell staff were responsive to the emails that I sent, and they even sent me a couple of texts about the repair process - one with a photo before the repair showing the receipt of the iPad, and another (my favorite!) with a brief video of the technician demonstrating the result of the repair by working with the screen and showing all of the areas as working with the touch response required.They included a complimentary tempered glass screen protector, but it wasn't the greatest - there wasn't a fitted way to apply it, and the two-part cleaning wipe with a wet wipe/drying cloth had a wet wipe that had completely dried out. The screen protector cracked a bit on the corner while I tried to peel off the top layer of clear plastic (I'm not sure if this was actually there because I was not successful peeling off any sort of plastic before my fingernail caused the tempered glass to crack on the corner).I ended up ordering a third-party tempered glass screen protector that had a fitted way to apply it (hard to mess up - except for dust and bubbles, but that's my fault).This does not affect my general satisfaction with the service - it was fantastic, and the results were successful.I did back up the data beforehand and erase the iPad before sending it in. I didn't want to take a chance of data loss or compromise. I don't know if this would have been completely necessary, but I didn't take any chances. I was able to restore the state of the iPad upon its return using the iCloud backup functionality. Pretty cool Apple feature!I now have a restored iPad, and I didn't have to spend 3-4 times as much to replace the unit. (I did order a replacement when the damage first occurred, but if I had known about how well the service performed, I may have skipped buying a brand new one. Now I have 2 iPads that seem a bit redundant - that's a good problem to have!)Thank you, Lenwell for providing a great service. I highly recommend it!

My iPad's screen was in pieces when I sent it to lenwell, I was very skeptical because the prices I've gotten from local device repair places was twice the amount, and I was sending it to somewhere I didn't know. Lenwell reached out and informed the steps to ship and what is going to be done. When It got their, they reached out, saw my power button was broken and gave me a pretty amazing price to also have it replaced. They used high quality products to replace my screen and power button and when they sent it back, they notified me and sent me the tracking number back, along with some freebies in the box as a thank you for my business, will highly recommend them! If it breaks (pray to god it doesn't) they will be the first I call! Thanks Lenwell team.

We tried this since we had bad experiences with local in town repair companies! Canât go wrong! I called after ordering if they could also replace my battery while I had the screen replaced. Very reasonable price for the additional work.

Amazing service. Had a small crack that was further damaged during shipment handling. Did not look repairable with the bent chassis . The Lenwell team proactively communicated with me throughout process, providing updates and photos/video. From the time they received, repaired, and shipped it back out to me, I got it back in about a week. They did an amazing job getting the bend back and the iPad working flawlessly again. The new screen looks and performs just like OEM. Feels like a new iPad. Really happy with the work, service, and product! Highly recommended!

I used this service to repair my iPad that wasnât covered by AppleCare anymore. Their service is awesome! It was very fast, the shipping/return box was easy and fit perfectly and they coordinated the repair via text message with me. Best part is it was an affordable screen replacement! The cheapest of the âfixitâ shops in the area was almost $100 more expensive than this service, and Appleâs repair cost is absurd once you are no longer covered by AppleCare. 5 Stars - easily recommend!!
