This shower head is great! My husband and I have very different pressure preferences and it accommodates us both. It's also well made not silver plastic like some.

Shower head was packaged well and provided clear instructions for installing, even though its so easy that you don’t really need them. All I needed to to was turn the water off (just to be safe), have a clamp to take off the old head, replace the plumbers tape, and screw in the new one to a tight seal. After I turned the water source back on, it worked without any leakage. Great water pressure and dispersion with multiple functions that I probably won’t use. I highly recommend this shower head for those on a budget!

I wanted to start off with a comment. For those who are not Materials Engineers, ABS stands for Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene. It is a plastic, and an inexpensive one at that. That is why there is not an extra zero in the price to get a metal overhead. To start, I was happy that the threaded connection at least is actually metal. It made attaching the showerhead to the existing pipe easy, and it should last essentially forever. The range of motion was also superior to the showerhead that I replaced. I also greatly appreciated the small spool of Teflon tape so that I did not have to worry about if I did or did not have any available.Installation was a snap and took about two minutes. With the rubber gasket and Teflon tape, all I needed was a good hand-tight seal to be water-tight. It was interesting how much more my small brass showerhead weighed. The color match to my polished brass was excellent.Switching between modes was easy with the small lever. It rotates easily and has detents to help tell you when you reach the setting you want. I am not sure how well it will do over time, but at least out of the box I give it high marks. For the operation of the showerhead, I found results to be mixed. My water pressure is on the high end at 80-100 psi, so I do not think that low water pressure adversely affected operation. My findings were:- Mist – What mist? It was a continuous, thick stream from each orifice. It is like Power Spray without the powder. If this is important to you, do not buy this showerhead.- All mixed modes – These are pathetic and provide no benefit to my shower experience. Again, if any of the mixed modes is important to you, look elsewhere.- Trickle – I was expecting this to give me a couple of jets to keep the water flowing and up to temperature. It is really on off setting that you can use to throttle down the flow. It works but not like I expected.- Power Spray – This works well and can “reach out and tough” all parts of a tub shower easily. You can feel the impact of the jets hitting your body. This is my second favorite setting and one that I find that I am liking more than expected.- High Pressure – This is my favorite and the one I expected to use most. It covers a large area with several jets and provides good cleaning. If this setting is what is important to you, then this is a good value showerhead. In summary, mist did not work at all, mixed modes are worthless in my opinion, trickle is not what I expected but works, and power and high pressure work well. Given the price, I would say that the showerhead is a reasonable but not exceptional value.

The showerhead I purchased truly has exceeded my expectations.First, I was impressed with the fact that it came with a good amount of Teflon plumbing tape in a nice little roll.Secondly, an extra washer was also included which was a surprise.Third, the ability to remove the flow restrictor was a good feature. Finally, the showerhead was packaged well, with care and protection. The installation was very simple, but I had expected that. When I turned the shower on, I thought the amount of water coming out looked similar to my very old showerhead, so I figured I would have to remove the flow restrictor at some point, if I wanted to feel more pressure.I'm glad I didn't remove it, because once I stepped into the shower, it felt wonderful. It had plenty of pressure, felt much stronger than my old showerhead, and was even, consistent and strong. No need to take out the flow restrictor or to do anything else but enjoy. My only regret is that I hadn't bought this showerhead sooner. It not only functions really well, but is beautiful, and best of all, fairly low priced. The bottom line is that I'm very happy with my purchase and am enjoying my showerhead.

For the price, I'm very satisfied. I am renting an apartment and the shower head has g-force water pressure. I could barely shower under it. I searched for an inexpensive fix, since its just a rental. This had great reviews and was a more than reasonable price. Home Depot has some for competitive prices as well, but I just went with this bc my days are busy and Amazon is the bom.com. So I installed this one and it absolutely solved the water pressure issue-- its amazing how a shower head can make such a drastic difference... in some aspects its almost TOO much of a change.. but I think its just because the pressure so insane before than anything by comparison will feel weak. I am way happier now though, for sure. I can actually wash my face under the water without my skin being torn off.The item came with a grommet and a fitter and was easy to install, like a matter of two minutes. The only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is because of the lack luster adjustment options. There are 5, I think? Really only one of them is a setting I care to use. The others are stupid, to me least. I don't want trickling water, I don't want a semi-weak thin tube of water... so for me, personally, I am unimpressed with the adjustments. Id rather a shower head have one option and have it be a good one, than 5 and 4 of them be pointless. But you get what you pay for. I am still very happy though and my showers are way more comfortable and relaxing. If you're okay with sort of pointless adjustments options, and are looking for a quick, easy, and inexpensive shower head, I definitely recommend!
